人流非常多  建議埋單拎出收銀埋會更好係呢個馬鞍山美食沙漠既地方總算搵到間唔錯既日本餐廳每星期六/日都會落黎食一次野 食物味道可以 價格合理 只係weekend繁忙時間要等位有機會等一個鐘左右而且舖頭員工不多 所以有需要既時候都叫不到人計埋等位 落單 加埋野食到差不多要兩小時時間唔趕時間的可以去試下埋單直接出收銀處會更好減輕員工既負擔心 continue reading

再嚟呢度食日本嘢,本身想食壽司郎個friend,但係雖然我認同壽司郎質素OK,不過選擇比較少,最近傷風想食多少少熱嘅嘢,所以就去咗呢間encore今次感覺店員服務態度麻麻哋,有兩個似係老闆🤔不過要求都做到,都周到嘅覺得午市套餐幾抵食,所以就算諗住食豪啲,都都要叫嚟試吓!呢個係目拔魚,見到個名覺得特別啲不過上網查完發覺其實應該係金目標嘅物體?一上枱,發覺極細份😂😂唔怪得知好似平啲咁🤣相信唔再嗌其他嘢食一個正常人應該食唔飽 起碼男士一定係!而且呢度lunch set原來唔跟蒸蛋㗎加咗燒牛肉串,朋友好鍾意,我就覺得有啲肥膩,佢似係用咗油去燒 不過牛嘅味道唔錯拉麵唔係幾抵食,正常應該大大碗食得飽,但係呢度係個碗真係好大,如圖所見啲湯都只係到碗嘅一半所以面嘅話就更加少!!!呢個係用正價反而咁吝嗇 13至$18.1件 朋友話吞拿魚蓉好味甜蝦刺身有一隻斷咗好有趣,正常唔應該出火,雖然質素應該冇影響,但係賣相會有啲差蝦膏係藍色 唔知點解呢?🙈魷魚刺身$52有啲貴,份量唔算好多質素合格吧。嗌咗我一個好鍾意嘅汁煮魚頭,應該都係頭先嗰隻魚,似金目鯛嗰隻 眼珠非常大,上枱好靚仔!不過想食好多魚肉嘅就唔使嗌呢個,呢度主要都係食佢嘅肉同埋魚餃極少嘅肉,廚師亦都好好功夫,咁樣切得好人唔會留好多肉😅😅😅 感覺呢間舖頭有啲孤寒 順帶一提,呢度飯嘅份量唔會比好多如果你想要少少老闆就會叫你$12加一碗羊架$72兩件,楊味濃郁!不過唔落油燒就好啲海鮮鍋好似七十幾定80幾蚊,賣相都係好靚,不過其實同其他一樣佢個份量都係好少,雖然睇落好大,但係呢度就係全部同埋同上次嘅記憶一樣,個喎非常非常之甜 要用水沖一沖再浸一浸都仲係甜🤣呢度嘅技術好好,好靚咁樣陳列上枱,但係份量可以教得好少,因為佢個鍋係好淺好淺的 或者係尖底相信係策略,令客人唔好咁快飽嗌多啲嘢食 lol😅因為價錢比較貴,所以唔會話好多客人,性價比一般因為收得貴,但係食物冇相應嘅質素或份量店員服務態度平平,感覺有少少不公正看不起客人的樣子 continue reading

日本餐廳竟然, 壽司飯又乾又硬, 似未煮熟, 又似超市放好耐, 乾曬硬曬, 係我食過最差壽司飯刺身,魚生唔新鮮, 腥味熟食, 雞軟骨, 雞翼, 又瘦又乾, 就甘放油高溫炸, 唔入味, 少少雪櫃味!以前都仲免免強強, 而家真係好差, 價錢又貴!坐位又迫, 一心想留港消費, 幫襯小店, 但真係好伏, 我諗我唔會再幫襯, 以前好多人排隊, 而家都好少人!連杯茶都好稀, 完全無茶味招呼就正正常常羅但係唔會享受到日本餐, 無樣食物想re order! 4位, $600 我食番genki 好過 continue reading

第一輪點餐叫了三文魚+劍魚腩刺身,炸豆腐,鹽燒牛舌及吉列蝦卷,所有食物的味道都很好,但餐廳個男接代員的態度完全破壞了餐廳的形象,可悲!第二輪點餐同一時間叫了一份冷稻庭烏冬+吉列炸蝦,等了多過半小時食物仲未到,便問店員。之後吉列炸蝦到,但烏冬遲遲未嚟,烏冬嚟到時炸蝦巳凍了! 點知男接代員仲反過來怪責我哋唔一次過叫晒所有食物 ! 請問顧客係咪無權選擇分两輪點選食物㗎呢?! 嘩,明明係餐廳的問題,但仲要怪責顧客 ! 當我出接代處埋單時,禮貌哋再向男接代員反應問題 (食物要等咁耐,你番枱就慢啦!),他就話 “唔滿意,以後可以唔嚟㗎,無所謂的! 走啦!” 嘩,這樣的服務態度,簡直係‘’趕客‘’ 不可能做飲食行業的接代員 continue reading
