12月27號、今晚7點左右去食，有幾張無人4人枱。有一半客人係1個人都可以坐4人枱、但個樓面帶位員工話暫時無枱，得1張2人枱、要我哋入坐。眼見仲有幾張4人枱。之後幾個1人、都可以安排1個人入坐4人枱。希望貴公司pepper lunch 係樓面上員工陪訓上中、可以認真對客人。完全唔公平同唔認真安排工作、對客人講大話、胡亂安排。對於今日去食呢個晚餐、係客戶服務上非常唔滿意、只可以俾負分、並對貴食市非常失望。 continue reading

平常去pepper lunch, 都是食黑椒牛肉飯，今次就試試日式咖哩漢堡扒飯吧，晚上7點，很多人排隊，等候時間較長，等了半小時，終於有位了，店內環境舒適，日式咖哩漢堡扒飯隔15分鐘送到，咖哩味偏淡，少少辣，漢堡扒味道可以，不過不失，可以試試，不過menu 上的圖明明有芝士，但餐到了並沒有！ continue reading
