To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次光顧這間餐廳, 小試早餐水準.看到餐牌有正常茶餐廳價的早餐,叫天天面餐,面包,蛋要點樣煮,面食,餸菜,飲品全部任君自選配搭.今日卻選了輕食早餐,餐牌寫有炒蛋,牛角包,通粉,飲品,好齊全呀. 食物質素都不差,除了隻蛋老身少少,通粉迷你左少少,女兒家真係夠食. 我最愛它的牛角包,比想像中的高質, 熱檸茶算是不過不失,最低限度唔會苦澀.

今日路過呢度,見到有間香港懷舊裝修風格嘅冰室,原本好少去冰室嘅我都忍唔住去試吓。餐廳有唔同類型嘅食物,拉麵、鐵板餐、焗飯、咖喱、沙律、中式小菜、火鍋等等。今次我就試咗全日歐陸餐配炸魚柳,味道都唔錯😊餐飲我要咗熱港式奶茶,味道都幾好。如果有埋個碟就好啦😉餐廳嘅設計好有港式風味,值得一讚👍🏻現場亦有播放廣東歌,我唔識呢啲歌但我相信係香港懷舊歌。價錢方面,炸魚柳全日歐陸餐$59,全日免收加一。

過完中秋,天氣開始涼涼哋。行過商場見到時代餐廳,已經推出火鍋👏👏當天大約7點,唔係多人,不用等位,見價錢又平平哋,於是入內進食👏👏QR code 自行下單:醉雞肥牛鍋$78(選了芫荽皮蛋湯底)內有:一碟雞一碟肥牛烏冬、生菜、蘿蔔(幾片)、一粒蕃茄、粟米(一舊仔)一嚿鴨血、一舊獅子狗、一舊響鈴、一粒貢丸及細細的油炸鬼一人份量是足夠的👍價錢代表一齊。真係平價之選👍😍🥲非常之方便又不用自己清洗。
