To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事幫小弟慶生,專登帶咗我嚟呢一間小店。雖然佢係叫粉麵店,但佢內藏正宗潮州小菜。叫咗好多倒菜,螄蚶、鱷魚炒菜心、炸雞翼、藕餅、蘿蔔餅、胡椒豬肚湯、咖哩牛腩、煎蠔餅、雲耳蓮藕炒肉片四個人食,食到要拎走。螄蚶佢連埋醃咗嘅生蒜。我平時唔會食螄蚶,一打開就全部血好腥…但係佢呢度嘅螄蚶一啲都唔腥仲好好味,可恨一嚟見到個生蒜就想食咗先,結果辣親個胃……炸雞翼鬆脆又入味。方魚炒菜心,菜心炒到有啲淋,配方魚去炒都係第一次見,方魚脆卜卜,同菜心嘅淋相映成趣。煎蠔餅好足料隻隻大大隻脹卜卜。胡椒豬肚湯好多芫茜,豬肚處理得好好,湯嘅味道啱啱好,鍾意食茜嘅話一定好開心。煎藕餅同煎蘿蔔餅好好食,個人比較鍾意先藕餅,爽脆啲。咖哩牛腩唔會太鹹,有啲辣但好好味。最後見太少菜補多咗個雲耳蓮藕炒肉片,係媽媽嘅味道。食過好多所謂嘅高級食材所煮嘅美食,香港有個普遍嘅現象,就好鍾意將啲新鮮食材擺到咁上緊先肯去煮,只係為咗清咗之前入咗貨又完未用曬嘅食材。結果,每次煮出嚟嘅嘢都係唔新鮮。做餐廳,有時真係好難住究竟要入幾多貨。想賺多啲,又想蝕少啲。如果入埋入埋一堆隔夜菜肉。幾多高級食材,送到廚師手上。結果大家都係食緊隔夜餸。你真係信嗰啲幾餸飯真係新鮮日日即製。開到咁濃味畀你咪就係想冚咗唔新鮮嘅味道。食過好多所謂嘅高級食材所煮嘅美食,比不上廚師花心機親自去揀新鮮食材,然後花心機去煮畀客人食。寧缺勿濫,早啲賣曬賺少咗好過為咗賺多啲入多咗貨。

週末既中午,一個人帶住阿女參加學校活動。中午放 lunch break 時,我本以為一定要吃麥當勞小妹才會開心。但當我們正準備行出學校門口,問女女有沒有興趣食雲吞麵。沒想到佢竟然一口答應。於是,我就選擇了最近她學校的《馬記牛什粉麵》,兩父女,吃一個親切的粉麵午餐。阿女想食雲吞,所以點了一份雲吞撈麵給她。雲吞,以湯雲吞的形式出現,而麵,就是可口的蠔油撈幼麵。幫阿女弄了兩粒雲吞出來,她吃得非常之滿足,原因就是這兒的雲吞夠大。雲吞,入口有好香既豬肉味,有好香既蝦肉味,當然,不能少的,就是更香既大地魚味啦。我點的,是牛腩雲吞粗麵。上到檯才覺得笨,既然幫阿女叫了雲吞,我應該配魚皮餃,魚蛋之類的東東。而牛腩,是清湯牛腩,加埋蒜粒同芫荽,入口的味道好香,而且牛腩的味道濃濃的,腍得黎又有一絲絲的感覺,不錯。而他們的麵條,是介乎爽口與腍身之間,口感剛剛好。店子雖然好細,好簡單。而往往就是這些小麵店,才會做到一碗用心及美味的麵食給大家啊。這《馬記牛什粉麵》,值得回頭。此外,店叔叔對我這一個算是陌生的客人都當街坊一樣,熱情招待,真係非常之親切。

在cu上学住马鞍山这边。有时上课前或者晚上上课回来路过会过来吃一顿。这家的牛腩面、牛腩饭、蚝仔饼都很好吃,量大管饱,性价比很高。一家三口经营的小店,虽然店铺不大,但也菜式多多。

用心煮及製作的餐廳。 充滿街坊人情味。尤其最愛胡椒豬肚湯,唔鹹,胡椒的辣味剛剛好、豬腸豬肚洗得好乾淨,無腥味,如果唔喜歡芫茜的食客,記得叫走芫茜。朋友好喜歡獅蚶,其他朋友試吃都覺得味道好,而且洗得好乾淨,看得出很用心。蠔仔粥D蠔很肥壯,已經不是蠔仔是蠔佬。雞翼比出面餐廳更大隻。整體來說,是家庭菜式,價錢非常合宜,店主很友善,如果喜歡家庭小菜,簡簡單單生活,喜歡街坊鄰居的人情味,不妨來試試。店舖環境不大,吃飯期間,其實都客似雲來,來等外賣的人也不少。

原來有好幾年冇幫襯,開張初期有食過幾次,鍾意佢地牛腩有得揀部位,但福安位置唔方便,之後就再冇去了。剛剛搬番馬鞍山,廚房又未執好,同兩個仔沿住海濱,行咗去馬記午餐。舖仔細五張枱,餐牌比以前多了很多款式,有飯有咸雞又蠔仔粥⋯晚餐仲有餸叫𠻹!利害利害👍🏼👍🏼哥哥叫了肥牛麵,細佬就滷水鵝麵,我就牛腩河加腐乳通。牛腩河俾咗D蘿蔔,滷水鵝麵鵝係另上嘅,食物普普通通,不過老闆就好細心,見我哋坐近門口,特登俾兩把風扇仔我哋,話驚我哋熱喎。是日消費:牛腩河+飲品+腐乳通菜$51肥麵+飲品$36 滷水鵝麵+飲品$52 共$139
