To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大表哥退咗休,生活比較清閒,所以,星期六就拉埋佢一齊去行吓山,由美孚起步,經馬騮山一直行到去大圍。起步前,就索性約埋一齊嚟「燉奶佬」食個早餐,貪佢就喺地鐵站口側邊,方便到佢唔使周圍搵。餐廳環境格局唔多講,都喺典型茶記,絕大多數都喺卡位,不過啲位就有少少窄,我哋幾個都喺瘦底,所以,坐落就唔覺逼,如果大隻少少嘅可能會感覺唔太舒服。但有別大多數茶記,啲調味料、餐具就唔喺放枱側櫃桶,而就咁晌晒枱面一旁,但有蓋冚,感覺回都衞生啲。底面兩頁餐牌,羅列晒所有早餐款式,跟同區嘅茶餐廳比,定價會平$1、$2,但份量會交足,所以,你見都幾多人嚟食早餐。採用二維碼落單,落單可以自己搞掂。B3 沙爹牛肉湯公仔麵餐 $41表哥就揀咗B3,呢個系列主要喺跟北海道3.6牛乳炒滑蛋,但你可以改為煎雙蛋,比起同樣食沙爹牛麵嘅B26餐,呢個貴$1,但多隻蛋喔。沙嗲牛麵一陣先講,但要讚嘅喺兩隻太陽蛋就煎得幾靚仔,碗麵又加幾炷菜俾你,真有心。B27 自選湯粉麵餐 $39湯粉麵餐會跟個甜餐包,仲要好懷舊款式嘅甜餐包。婆就想自主啲,乜餸料都自己揀,所以,就食呢款餐,揀仿鮑絲搭煎全熟蛋,配通粉,大大碗,份量俾足,當然唔會有咩驚喜,但佢話整體味道唔錯。B26 沙爹牛肉湯通粉餐 $40小弟今次茶記早餐又回歸到沙嗲牛肉,再搭午餐肉,同樣配通粉。雖然睇落啲沙嗲汁唔喺好深色,但嗒落都算香濃,而牛肉幾軟腍,通粉無煮過腍,完全收貨。熱奶茶表哥同我都揀咗飲熱奶茶,亦喺小弟去茶記嘅必然心水。佢哋啲奶茶唔差架,睇色澤夠深沉,飲落醇香,茶奶比例合我心水。今次再嚟「燉奶佬」食早餐,整體感覺唔錯,至少無乜邊樣嘢出問題,無伏位。食飽飽,就起行。 continue reading

蔥油冇經爆過一啲蔥味都冇,肉燥太稀 成碗飯變了濕飯,難食的,如果蔥油雞扒肉燥飯這麼簡單也就覺得好他們也是很不專業,希望他能能改善雖然價錢不算貴但是食物質素不達標準。 continue reading

6點前仲係下午茶時間係門口快睇佢個易拉架揀好餐之後就揀位坐,見枱面無qr code 就走去收銀位落單啦,有個瘦身材曲髮染髮中年女人咁啱負責收銀,我講咗2次話要下午茶餐瑞士雞髀蛋飯,佢仲要問我係咪T24,我已經講話係瑞士雞髀蛋飯,我想問點解你仲要多此一舉問係咪幾多號餐啦?我坐個張枱你又無擺下午茶餐牌出嚟,最後送上嚟嘅係蔥油豬扒太陽蛋飯,我更係要求換,佢嘅其他同事幫我換,但個阿姐仲好大聲咁話我問咗佢(即係我)係咪T24喎,不斷咁樣重覆講,好無禮貌兼態度差,佢嘅聲線真係全個場都聽到,做服務業做到佢咁樣不如唔好做啦!態度差又唔識應變嘅人! continue reading
