To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日放假撞啱會員日有折扣，食下午茶餐就最實惠。套餐分ABC組合，輕鬆易攪。A部分自選6件壽司盛，完全無欺場，件件新鮮好味，B部分揀咗茶碗蒸，蛋香綿滑又細緻，勝過D「渣」，C部分炸物就揀咗炸雞，普普通通!盛惠$60蚊，認真超值扺食。另+散叫壽司：海膽軍艦、燒3文魚、墨魚、鱈魚明太子帆立貝軍艦、香辣牛油果軍艦。全部都好味，只係覺得當中最貴的海膽（單件$19）性價比不高！打側就原全見唔到D海膽，太慳皮！試過就算！兩個人找數唔洗$120！抵

元氣壽司呢間分店嘅環境真係細細個，仲要排長龍先可以食到。但係嗰度嘅壽司質素唔係好好，特別係壽司飯，好容易散開。飯粒嘅黏性唔夠，食落感覺唔太夠口感。生魚片嘅新鮮度都唔係最好，有啲魚片有啲腥味。而且啲壽司菜式嘅選擇唔算好多，同其他分店相比，真係有啲失望。個服務態度就普通般般啦，無咩特別嘅。總括而言，元氣壽司呢間分店嘅表現唔係好出色，有啲令人失望。如果追求壽司嘅高質素同口感，可能要揀其他分店啦。🥺🥺

琴日收工同女朋友返美乎，突然好想食下壽司🍣就去左食元氣啦唔知係咪太耐無食，依家落單除左用QR code外同運送上都係用架船仔運過黎，仲要唔駛禁制佢就識自己返去廚房😂😂我特別想推介既就係蒸蛋啦，三文魚湯同埋三文魚腩壽司首先講下個蒸蛋，又熱啦又勁香蛋味，d蛋仲要勁滑，都係20零蚊！超抵😂😂😂至於個三文魚湯，湯味好濃郁，好重三文魚味，仲有好多三文魚肉食，不過就好多骨，要小心d食！慢慢食最後就係三文魚腩，我至愛，10蚊件！超抵！
