To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The restaurant offers a vegetarian buffet with 75 minutes for lunch and 90 minutes for dinner. The buffet offers side dishes, fried food, vegan cakes, etc. It also sells different vegan pastries, including vegetarian egg tarts and oatmeal cookies.

今次係陪朋友嚟試食諗住如果好食嘅話佢先帶佢媽媽👩🏻🦱嚟食生日飯而我哋都慶幸好彩係自己嚟試先唔係直接帶auntie 👩🏻🦱嚟打大佬點解咁講呢事關呢度個環境真係麻麻地😵😵😵無錯啲食物款式係好多比起一般齋鋪係真係唔一樣我哋是但執都執到好多但簡完野食埋位坐低呢下個問題就嚟啦現場係有啲烏蠅🪰周圍飛唔知係咪關我哋坐係廚房同自助收盤區附近事總之成個食野過程係要不停邊食邊趕烏蠅🪰趕烏蠅都算坐坐下我同朋友都係被野咬咬到我哋手手腳腳都有紅點，又痕喎😒😒😒搞到野都未食完就立即收拾走人真係唔會再有下次

無肉食算喺新派素自助餐嘅代表，記得之前係佐敦店食過，當時覺得食物都幾新鮮，種類都夠，會係想再去嘅店舖。最近佢哋有個10週年折，再去洗衣街店幫襯，但覺得食物差咗好多。款式太單調，素食並唔係炒菜咁簡單吧，當日只少有3幾樣是清炒菜，應覺唔到廚師對素菜的誠意。老實講，同一個價錢，好更多好的素食自助餐選擇，希望無肉食嚟緊會改善。

我同朋友都唔係第一次去無肉食食素架喇，對住2個唔係好大食既女仔黎講，出面叫2個餐又食唔曬，叫1個餐又怕唔夠食，食buffet就岩岩好，大家食咩就夾咩。旺角分店雖然店頭唔大，但係款式都唔算少，野食turnover都快，keep住出，唔錯唔錯👍🏻
