六個老友又捐窿捐罅去搵食啦!今次泥到朗豪坊隔離嘅“朗情坊”,大廈頗殘舊,如果不是街坊或返工客,應該不會光顧了,加上食評都不多。星期五晚都好靜,成晚得3圍客人,總共15個客,真係夠晒清靜。老板娘招呼周到,冇早早趕客,值得一讚。食物方面,標榜私房菜,廚藝水準尚算不錯的,價錢都不算貴,人均消費250-300啦!蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子,每客計80蚊一位,味道佳,但略嫌不夠熱辣辣。豉汁蒸白鱔,好新鮮,魚肉彈牙,唯一缺點是墊底的豆卜硬了少許。咕嚕肉味道一般,肉質太瘦吾夠鬆軟,欠汁OK的。蜜餞黑椒雞翼是招牌菜,冇得輸。蓮藕片炒爽肉,藕片夠爽但肉青就麻麻。腐乳炒通菜出色,夠碧綠爽脆,好味。椒鹽鮮尤咸左少少,熱辣辣。欖菜肉碎炒飯好大碟,幾香也惹味的。整體小菜水準不錯啦!有住家feel,會再幫襯的。 continue reading

🌞環境地點好近旺角朗豪坊,餐廳好少宣傳,係附近工作一個介紹一個既穩世私房菜,環境裝修偏舊式,整體都乾淨企理。🪄食物👍🏻蜜椒雞翼餐 $75一共有六隻,雞翼大大隻好多肉,面層布滿密糖黑椒汁,但同時保持到每隻雞皮脆口。👌🏻蝦仁炒蛋/菠蘿咕嚕肉/土魷蒸肉餅中規中矩,味道不錯有煮家菜味道。😍服務一到就會每人一杯消暑飲品,當天係涼茶羅漢果夏枯草,可以免費添飲,食完就會上甜品,差不多每天都是芒果布甸。 continue reading

這次是第四次食。今次印象太差!當天中午打電話去訂枱及揀餐,揀咗套餐B ,因為朋友不吃咕嚕肉,所以打電話店員將咕嚕肉改成蒸聖子,需要加$150!另外問店員亦說可以在店內切蛋糕,但並沒有說要收切餅費!7:30準時去到餐廳,見到原來套餐餐牌已改,套餐已沒有咕嚕肉,但在訂枱的時候沒有告知,同朋友食到大約8:30的時候,店員已經俾說話我哋聽叫我哋食快啲,到9:15的時候店員走過來說你哋仲有蛋糕要切,叫我哋預返時間,佢一次又一次同我哋講佢收10點,到大約9:45的時候我們切蛋糕,我好有禮貌地問店員食唔食,俾佢冇禮貌拒絕。一到10點準時趕我哋走。到買單嘅時候見到張單收咗$20切餅費,收切餅費必須要先通知客人!這次生日非常不愉快!埋單價錢$1500三人,其實仲有好多選擇!現在是俾錢買難受!永遠不會再去!也不推薦! continue reading

朋友介紹呢間隱世餐廳。一試之下真係令人好掛住🥰呀個雞翼好得呀。一入口會試到佢嘅蜜汁,咬落去好多肉汁,煮得啱啱好,啲肉好滑溜唔老。粉絲蒸蟶子,好味嘅關鍵就係新鮮。佢嘅鮮甜係令人好難忘,粉絲索埋啲汁好正。最欣賞嘅係佢嘅鼓汁蒸白蟮,好新鮮。食得出肉地彈牙,有鮮味,啲汁撈飯食一流。再加埋勁索汁嘅豆卜,呢個配搭真係食多碗飯都得呀。估唔到呢間鋪頭咁貼心,飯後仲有甜品食,真係令到成餐飯好完整呀。成餐飯食得好開心自在,好有屋企食飯嘅感覺。 continue reading

喺旺角朗晴坊六樓有一間叫「嚐味舫」嘅私房菜餐廳,佢哋嘅豉椒蒸白鱔,蜜糖雞翼,口水雞都係佢哋嘅招牌菜!呢間餐廳交通好方便,裝潢簡單但係菜式質素唔錯,食完一次就會念念不忘。蜜糖雞翼好大隻,鮮甜爽脆,一份有六隻,好飽。外皮焦脆,味道甜蜜,好啖。口水雞都好正,豉椒蒸白鱔都好好食,鱔肉鮮嫩,加埋豉椒香味,味道更加濃郁。最後一定要試下佢哋嘅芒果布甸,好爽滑,甜味啱啱好,作為結尾最好唔過啦。佢哋嘅私房菜同服務質量都非常出色,人均消費大概HK$250(晚餐)。佢哋嘅餐點份量十足,好啱同朋友或者家人一齊去分享。總之,「嚐味舫」真係一間值得一試嘅私房菜餐廳。如果你想食高質素嘅私房菜,「嚐味舫」應該係唔錯嘅選擇啦! continue reading
