台灣食物之中,這一間算是不太貴,只因味道也很一般。只記得鳳梨糖醋魚,鳳梨不錯,但魚塊太多面粉,令到魚很硬身。食物一般,入面的侍應也是太子女太子仔,用餐後想要一杯水時,女侍應見到朋友舉手,目口目面,思考幾秒再叫她推旁邊 男侍應走到客人旁,很不情願的樣。 continue reading

這天約了很久不見的朋友吃飯聊天,由於我們都放得早,因此我們6時半就到了餐廳,那時只有小貓三四隻,座位任挑。這是一間FUSION的台式餐廳,有不少意粉可選擇,但我們怕會怪怪的,所以沒有試。先點了一客鹽酥魷魚頭($52),想不到的大份量!魷魚炸得恰到好處,不會太油膩,肉質也很多汁。又點了一個套餐,可選擇的都是比較傳統的台灣菜式:我們點了鳳梨糖醋魚柳,跟餐配魚湯黃芽白、白飯和一杯飲品。這前菜令人有點失望,份量極少,菜也沒有魚湯的香味。主菜的賣相極佳,紅紅綠綠的,鳳梨吃得出很新鮮,而魚塊就一般,就是常吃到的雪藏魚塊,沒有甚麼魚味可言。屋喔酥炸雞盤($88)份量也算大,有雞塊和雞翼,但都不大有雞味,比KFC 遜色。這一餐沒有覺得很好吃,也覺得吃了太多炸的東西頗不健康;但勝在價錢較相宜,而服務員多次主動為我們加水,又容讓我們由六時半坐到十點,也是個聊天好地方。 continue reading

我們點了明太子卡邦尼意粉、鹽酥雞粒糖心蛋肉燥飯和兩杯珍珠奶茶,食後感到極度失望。首先明太子意粉味道不錯,可惜份量偏少。第二,肉燥飯上的糖心蛋好好味,雞但粒有啲硬,又唔夠脆,仲有啲肉燥有陣味。最後嘅珍珠奶茶嘅珍珠甜甜地,幾好味,但啲奶茶淨係得淡淡的奶味,明明叫左少冰,但竟然一杯數到有10粒大大舊嘅冰,愈飲愈淡。值得推介嘅只有肉燥飯上面隻糖心蛋同珍珠奶茶裏面嘅珍珠...我地覺得這三款食物個名應該係咁:兒童版明太子卡邦尼意粉硬雞粒肉燥飯珍珠三花淡奶溝茶最後埋單覺得勁貴 continue reading

同朋友仔食生日飯,今次揀選左係openrice裡評價不錯既“屋喔”,呢間餐廳中英文名都幾特別,英文名令我諗起日文既Ocasan,母親既意思前菜我地選左蜜味台灣香腸,蜂蜜芥末雞槌,鹽酥花枝餅,主食有明太子卡邦尼闊條麵同海膽帶子燉飯。野飲叫左水果茶,士多啤梨乳酸。上菜好迅速,野食好快就黎齊。香腸都幾好味,外皮烤得香脆,香腸唔會好多肥肉,不過風味始終都不及係台灣食既。網上好評既雞槌無驚艷感覺,太多蜜糖太甜,芥末味唔夠重,如果芥末重d會更好。鹽酥花枝餅係3樣前菜中較為遜色,中間夾住芝士但味道普通。海膽帶子燉飯係餐牌上既照片就好吸引人,但現實就差好遠,海膽唔鮮甜,帶子好碎唔完整,而且個飯太濕太腍。不過以佢既定價又可以期望太多既。明太子卡邦尼闊條麵看似普通反而係最好味,夠香又creamy。整體黎講食物都okay,除左杯士多啤梨乳酸,真係太稀太水 continue reading
