見到素食谷介紹,見好多人話係佛手柑舊地址,去到原來唔係,係要轉番去柏樹街入大南街先啱。 不過都好近!今日去到係下午茶時間,兩個人叫左一個海南雞飯餐,一個叉燒湯麵餐,一個炸雲吞小食。 叉燒湯面面質好好,爽滑彈牙, 海南雞飯,好有我以前成日去佛手柑食的味道, 後來問一下才知,師傅都係出自佛手柑的師傅手藝。炸雲吞脆而不油,好好味!餐飲生姜蜜同凍檸茶,都ok 的。$52包埋飲品,真係覺得好抵! 而且地方超乾淨,又舒適。總結係以後會成日去食 😆

真漢子新鮮熱辣,試咗一間新開嘅素食餐廳,叫做「四月初八」,前身為「佛手柑素食」。😄晚巿有十多款小菜選擇,我問老闆娘邊款好食啦,佢就話款款都好㗎,所以叫精品素食,okay 😆。憑直覺就叫咗「梅菜猴頭菇蒸豆腐」$88,送白飯,加咗 $10 要素翅酸辣湯,另外叫咗小食「燕麥叉燒包」$26。🥯個酸辣湯基本上係碗仔翅嚟,不過加咗少少酸味,配料有木耳,豆腐絲,筍,唔係好食到有素翅,不過我鍾意佢個湯唔會煮到好杰。聽到有個客人話唔夠酸,其實我覺得係好味嘅,只要唔當佢係酸辣湯咁飲就 ok。👌🏻唔知幾時開始叉燒包興加燕麥。個包比較細個,幾鬆軟,餡唔多,味道都算好。😊到主菜喇,見到平時做主角嘅猴頭菇軟弱咁灘咗响豆腐上面,不禁有啲唏噓,心諗,唔炸又唔重口味嘅猴頭菇,點會有運行呢?😭一邊食,一邊諗邊個設計呢個咁騎呢嘅組合 😅,咦,塊猴頭菇咁好味嘅?有啲煙韌,又好鮮味。呢刻我諗通咗喇,佢係扮緊帶子呀~~~~。🥹 無論口感同調味都超似食緊帶子蒸豆腐,邊個咁聰明諗到呢個做法㗎,太勁喇~~~。😭冷靜返,講返梅菜同豆腐先,呢個組合當然係冇得輸㗎啦,好好味又好送飯。😋見仲有胃口,好想試雲吞,老闆娘話係港式雲吞,我本來想食剩湯雲吞,但老闆娘推介話炸雲吞好好食,佢自己好鍾意食,咁我就即管試吓。☺️即炸當然好香脆啦,炸法同味道都好港式,好似細個果陣食到嘅炸雲吞風味,不過我就覺得有啲貴。💲💸問咗老闆娘,所有食物都冇五辛,如非寫明有蛋就係純素,但如果菜式有素肉就要再個別問佢哋。呢度地點好方便,一出太子站 D 出口行一陣就到,大家都不妨嚟試下新嘢啦。🤗
