我是看了假食評去光顧的受害者之一,本身自己每月都會去2-3次荃灣花園餐廳食牛扒的,然後看到食評聲稱此餐廳比花園餐廳更佳,不料中伏。餐廳環境超殘舊,而且很多飛蟲,滅蟲工作沒有做好,然後來說說食物,首先是檸檬茶,128的晚餐不要省那兩片檸檬好嗎?花園餐廳的檸檬茶絕對是足檸檬的,再來是餐包,見圖,僅比牛油略大一點,又細又硬,然後是牛椒汁,粉落太多超結很難搞動,羅宋湯加了蒜頭,蒜味很重,愛吃蒜頭如我也只覺一般,湯大概只喝了3分1,不吃蒜頭的絕對受不了,到最關鍵的牛扒了,我點的是4成熟,但出來的成品絕對超7成趕8成了,已經熟到一啲汁都無,乾憎憎。如果唔係因為要比128我絕對唔會食完佢。這絕對是我30多年來食過最難食的牛扒餐了,一想到自己專門從荃灣坐車過來食垃圾,頓覺悲從中來,萬念俱灰,生無可戀,然後餐廳只收現金,信用卡想儲下分都無。希望早點結業吧,賣這個價錢但食物質素如此惡劣。 continue reading

呢間餐廳食咗好多年亦都係我最喜歡的一間鐵板餐首先佢環境都係懷舊風格而員工都係好有電視劇嗰種感覺懷舊平時如果平日晚都要等位㗎今次星期日下午去 好彩仲有少少位員工做事都好爽快 即刻安排到座位同餐牌仲好快問想食咩飲咩湯?就算落咗單都係好快到中午去有午餐時段,仲有下午茶時段驟眼睇啲餐都唔錯 雖然價格已經加價但係都仲係合理價錢範圍 仍然大概$70左右平均價午餐通常主要食飯多得一個是日鐵板午餐 今次係西冷牛扒大概$79 已經有忌廉湯或者羅宋湯如果晚餐餐牌食鐵板餐係抵好多所以如果想食鐵板,又平靚正就晚餐啦印象中雜扒鐵板餐都只係$120左右羅宋湯好足料 一碗湯已經有兩至三嚿蘿蔔同菜同埋佢有少少微辣,因為加左辣椒仔依度嘅鐵板餐除咗係懷舊款式之外,佢仲係熱辣辣好新鮮 勁多煙 通常依間餐廳八九成人都係食鐵板餐係超級香 佢有蒜蓉汁或者黑椒汁 呢個係蒜蓉汁唔會係好稀 調味啱啱好西冷牛扒通常七成熟 果然啱啱好 唔會好硬好軟好有牛肉味依家望返幅相都流晒口水今次新嘗試叫咗個咖喱雞扒腸仔飯本身都好擔心咖喱會好辣好出奇地佢嘅咖喱係好有濃郁咖喱味但係唔會辣食唔到辣嘅人又想食咖喱就可以選擇佢啦雞扒都係煎得啱啱好 食到肉質好嫩同有雞汁可以問佢哋拎隻碗仔兩個人share 咁就一定夠飽啦又有飯食,又有鋸扒好開心啊 continue reading

🥩呢間於70年代開業嘅港式扒房,曾經傳聞其實佢叫“茅屋”,但因為招牌字體太潦草,所以先被睇成第尾。近五十年來,餐廳都冇正式澄清過以上嘅傳聞,直到近年,新一代先喺IG正式解開呢個謎團。詳情可見IG擷圖。上菜好快🤵🏻伙記有啲澳牛feel,超有效率又不失禮貌仲好細心,會專登搬張櫈畀我哋擺袋,見我哋有放西裝褸,仲主動攞塊格仔枱布畀我哋冚住件褸,呢樣真係酒店級。(不過都因為呢度地方比較淺窄,其實都係自保方法之一)好有香港精神。喜出望外,比預期中好味,我覺得係我食過同類舊港式扒房餐廳中最優。🥣紅白湯都好濃郁,白湯有粟米粒🌽唔會太杰太開粉feel。小餐包就係嘉頓交嚟嘅,室溫,牛油係獨立包裝嘅紐西蘭安佳牛油🧈。晚餐$100左右鐵板扒餐牛扒可選熟度,醬汁可選黑椒汁或蒜蓉汁。上枱時醬汁已淋在鐵板上,不過因為上菜快,上到枱依然“炸炸”聲,同樣享受到食鐵板餐最重要嘅儀式感。牛扒牛質軟冧,又唔會覺得太鬆肉粉,有肉味味道當然同貴價扒房冇得比,但兩者屬兩款完全唔同屬性嘅味道追求,真係冇得比較,食得港式扒房就唔好要求食到英式扒房嘅味道,一分錢一分貨,千其唔好期望蔗渣嘅價錢可以買到燒鵝嘅味道,咁你呢餐就會食得幾開心。留意只收現金。 continue reading

以價錢黎講都真係好抵食但環境相對比較古舊因為實在有一定歷史衛生環境可以再更好鐵板唔算正宗個隻佢本身自帶薯條餐湯份量比較少味道都幾好黑椒汁唔算突出感覺甜甜地但好開胃牛扒值得讚係唔會勁韌同好乾身咁嘅價錢值得一試 continue reading
