To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前多次光顧覺得食物非常好,最近一次再到訪,首先餐廳搞錯咗我們的訂枱,然後一個道歉的意思都沒有,最後還是給了我們枱,食物質素大不如前,好像整個團隊都變了,廚房好像都變了,是否賣了盤?明明叫咗魚露花甲,我們每次都食這個餸菜,結果變咗不是花甲是蜆,亦都有沙,其他的餸菜都不太理想,鵝片跟以前不同,沒有主動給我們滷水同埋潮州醋,飯後沒有功夫茶,我們覺得非常奇怪,因為以前每次都會有。食完今次之後,覺得完全冇需要再來了。

今次係第二次幫襯呢間潮州菜餐廳,呢間餐廳食物幾好食,價錢都唔算進取,但有一樣野係比一般餐廳惡劣,就係樓面既服務態度。我今次買外賣的,當我起門口等待時見等左一段時間,問問職員外賣準備好沒有。得到餐廳樓面既回應是黑起口面,同你講「餐廳唔係剩幫你一個整野食」,同埋想跟進外賣準備好是有錯一樣。其實出街食飯都係想食下好野,都唔太明白點解問多句都要受氣咁。知道呢間餐廳將會開分店,希望佢地留意下個別職員既態度。
