在太古坊上班多年,公司樓下終於完成轉型,石屎森林圍着的平台上開了幾家餐廳, 讓我們可以享受久違了 Happy Hour , 去了新開不久的 Sage & Salt ,戶外座位不少,寵物友善,店內不停播着流行音樂,非常好氣氛。看看餐牌,多國菜式,價錢合理,星期一至日更有不同優惠;看中周四的 Surf & Turk,可惜這晚是周一!幸好有 Happy Hour,兩杯飲品皆漂亮可口。The Rye of Hope $68威士忌、檸檬汁、橙占及薑的組合。Hawaiian sunset $68伏特加、蜜糖、Grenadine 酒等。香辣羊肉包 $168今晚我最鍾意的菜式,免治羊肉汁豐味香,味道濃郁帶甜,口感不辣,就是麵包也有羊油之香味,微微烤焦,軟軟熟熟。原隻炭燒魷魚 $138香惹,口感軟熟。燒汁味道濃郁帶甜,青醬少少辣。印式烤雞 $158賣相吸引,色澤對辦,有燒烤烙印,兩款醬汁做得唔錯,燒汁及青醬汁。菠蘿炒飯 $128份量比想像中多,中蝦、菠蘿、雞肉、豬肉鬆、青紅椒粒等材料,炒飯粒粒分別有光澤。總括來說,我推薦香辣羊肉包及原隻炭燒魷魚。整體滿意,員工服務態度良好,中英語皆通,約朋友傾計或週末hea坐的好選擇! continue reading
