To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 週末到淺水灣chill但不知道吃甚麼？推介大家到沙灘旁的Classified🏖️ 餐廳環境滿滿渡假風情，食物價錢合理而且有質素，難怪到訪當天一早已接近滿座！當天我們吃的是早餐menu，除了有bagel、benedict、pancake，亦有較飽肚的ADB、三文治，選擇眾多！個人十分推介Eggs Royale，流心的雞蛋配上酸氣十足的sourdough非常好吃，而餐廳自家製的荷蘭醬亦不會太膩🍳飲品除了cafe必有的咖啡，還有多款沙冰和果汁！超喜歡Blueberry Muffin Smoothie，清新又健康，入座期間亦不斷看到smoothie的外賣單，看來是這裏的招牌飲品喔🍹😆 continue reading

A sunny afternoon at Repulse Bay calls for a visit to Classified, and their Artisan Coffee is a must. I opted for a latte and was not disappointed. The coffee was rich, smooth, and beautifully crafted, with a delicate art swirled into the foam. Enjoying this while overlooking the beach was truly a peaceful, indulgent experience. 餐廳：淺水灣Classified地址：Classified (The Pulse) (淺水灣)淺水灣海灘道28號The Pulse L1樓107號舖同一班朋友去淺水灣Classified慶祝生日，真係過得好開心。餐廳為我哋準備咗一個驚喜，送咗一個小蛋糕，真係好貼心我哋試咗好幾款菜式，其中四重芝士通心粉真係好好味。通心粉煮得剛好彈牙，配上濃郁嘅四重芝士醬汁，味道好濃郁香滑。洋蔥圈亦都好好食，炸得香脆，口感唔錯另外，我哋仲試咗風乾火腿火箭菜芝士薄餅同牛肉漢堡配薯條。薄餅上面有風乾火腿同火箭菜，加埋芝士，味道好平衡，好適合做為輕食。牛肉漢堡係滿足度都好高，肉質鮮嫩多汁，薯條炸得香脆，好開胃最後，炸雞係我哋必點嘅菜式之一，餐廳嘅炸雞真係好好味！皮炸得酥脆，內裡嘅肉質鮮嫩多汁淺水灣Classified係一個適合慶祝生日或同朋友聚餐嘅好地方。菜式味道好，份量亦都足夠。餐廳送咗個小蛋糕俾我哋，真係增添咗慶祝氣氛 continue reading
