To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳：淺水灣Classified地址：Classified (The Pulse) (淺水灣)淺水灣海灘道28號The Pulse L1樓107號舖同一班朋友去淺水灣Classified慶祝生日，真係過得好開心。餐廳為我哋準備咗一個驚喜，送咗一個小蛋糕，真係好貼心我哋試咗好幾款菜式，其中四重芝士通心粉真係好好味。通心粉煮得剛好彈牙，配上濃郁嘅四重芝士醬汁，味道好濃郁香滑。洋蔥圈亦都好好食，炸得香脆，口感唔錯另外，我哋仲試咗風乾火腿火箭菜芝士薄餅同牛肉漢堡配薯條。薄餅上面有風乾火腿同火箭菜，加埋芝士，味道好平衡，好適合做為輕食。牛肉漢堡係滿足度都好高，肉質鮮嫩多汁，薯條炸得香脆，好開胃最後，炸雞係我哋必點嘅菜式之一，餐廳嘅炸雞真係好好味！皮炸得酥脆，內裡嘅肉質鮮嫩多汁淺水灣Classified係一個適合慶祝生日或同朋友聚餐嘅好地方。菜式味道好，份量亦都足夠。餐廳送咗個小蛋糕俾我哋，真係增添咗慶祝氣氛

我哋試咗好幾款菜式，其中四重芝士通心粉真係好好味。通心粉煮得剛好彈牙，配上濃郁嘅四重芝士醬汁，味道好濃郁香滑。洋蔥圈亦都好好食，炸得香脆，口感唔錯

另外，我哋仲試咗風乾火腿火箭菜芝士薄餅同牛肉漢堡配薯條。薄餅上面有風乾火腿同火箭菜，加埋芝士，味道好平衡，好適合做為輕食。牛肉漢堡係滿足度都好高，肉質鮮嫩多汁，薯條炸得香脆，好開胃
