今次我地過左黎新蒲崗同啟德既行街,兩個商場airside同mikki都好近,夠行一日,行完我地就過左黎再隔離既越秀廣場食潮州菜😄餐廳坐位唔多,黎食最好book定位,我地好彩早入座有位坐,每枱都會提供一壺茶🫖潮式凍烏頭($168)潮州打冷烏頭都係多人叫既菜食,呢度既烏頭魚係元朗烏頭黎,肉質嫩滑肥美,烏頭基本上都起曬骨,唔鐘意嚼骨既都岩食,加埋黃豆醬真出色🐟鵝件拼盤(三拼)雞+鵝腎($198)鵝拼盤就有鵝片同鵝件選擇,我地鐘意食鵝件,而另外兩拼都有好多野揀,我地揀左雞同鵝腎,個拼盤夾埋成座山咁高,好抵食,個滷水汁好好味,鵝肉嫩而且入味,雞肉嫩滑大隻,鵝腎好爽脆,底下仲有好多豆腐索埋d滷水汁真係正😋砂窩鵝肉醬油炒飯($128)個飯又係好大煲,鵝肉份量都足,個飯炒得夠乾身,因為係砂窩既關係仲有d飯焦脆卜卜咁,唔食白飯既話必點呢個🍚脆炸牛奶卷6條($58)個牛奶卷新鮮即炸,外脆內軟,牛奶香味濃郁,又唔會太甜,食埋甜品岩岩好😆呢間潮州菜館食物大份又好味,價錢算係好抵食,我地個份量夠3-4人食,下次知道碟碟咁大碟,要叫多幾個friend再黎一齊食先得🤣 continue reading

✧ 竹炭豆腐($118)黑色炸豆腐嘅賣相好靚!黑色嘅係炸到好脆嘅竹炭外層然後加上金箔作點綴而且落得好大方 仲大塊過西餅嗰種點綴入面豆腐就好嫩滑加上辣辣地嘅椒鹽 非常之香口惹味✧ 特色鹽香沙薑雞(半隻,$88)份量好多而且價錢好公道. ꒰⑅•ᴗ•⑅꒱$88就有半隻雞而且兩個人分都有剩食落雞肉係有油香而且仲好嫩滑同啖啖肉沙薑醬係另外跟 好香又唔會太咸唔係平時嗰啲啡色沙薑粉咁簡單另外好鍾意佢棵花做裝飾💐✧ 蝦干魚滑浸時蔬($88)餐廳用砂煲上菜 上枱時熱辣辣湯底有海味嘅鮮味仲有大量嘅芹菜再加上少少胡椒吊味非常開胃一煲入面有好多魚滑同蝦乾 十分抵食✧ 花膠雞煲翅($108)呢煲翅好足料上菜時又係bulu bulu有兩嚿花膠、雞 仲有魚翅雞湯香濃清甜而且唔會好油✧ 椒鹽鮮魷 $128肉特別厚又好爽粉漿炸得香脆唔油膩 外脆內嫩鮮嫩嘅魷魚配上香脆嘅椒鹽好夾✧ 脆炸牛奶卷(6條,$58)餐廳唯一嘅甜品但係都無令人失望金黃麵包皮包住軟滑嘅牛奶餡有奶香唔會好太甜 continue reading
