今日去新蒲崗試一間cafe。有次開地圖搵附近食晏地方嘅時候發現佢,見到環境好似幾靚,於是組團去試下。餐廳好易搵,位於大馬路旁邊嘅一個路口角落鋪位。餐廳兩面都用咗落地玻璃,同附近商鋪風格好唔同,遠遠就已經見到。鴨肝椎茸意大利飯 ($148)Duck Liver with Mushroom Bovril Risotto鴨肝好大件,表面輕輕煎香🦆意大利飯熟度煮得岩岩好,保留到少少煙韌口感。飯入面混合咗幾款菇,再夾埋鴨肝一齊食,好好味。成個飯好香,好濃味。虎蝦紅咖喱意粉 ($113)Tiger Prawn Red Curry Spaghetti蝦有三隻,肉質彈牙。雖然個名叫紅咖喱,我覺得更似泰式冬陰功,酸酸辣辣,好惹味,好清新。食落都幾辣,唔食得辣嘅人要注意。日式焙茶芝士蛋糕 ($52)Hōjicha Basque Cheesecake聽聞哩度嘅巴斯克芝士蛋糕係必食🍰見到special menu上面有香茅青檸味,諗住試下,不過當日餐廳無整,只有原味同焙茶味。可能每日提供嘅味道都會有啲唔同,可以落單嘅時候問下職員。茶味好濃,好香,甜度亦適中。蛋糕質感creamy但唔會太削,唔會一拎出室溫就溶哂,而且表面烘燶度好靚。真心,無論賣相、味道都好過hemma好多💯Flat White ($38)只要叫主餐牌任何食物,所有飲品都有減$20優惠,加$5可以轉植物奶。咖啡豆味道偏向fruity,但唔會好酸。奶打得滑,好香。西柚康普茶 ($53)Grapefruit Kombucha味道酸酸甜甜,好清新。尤其叫咗個辣意粉,凍凍哋解辣岩哂。推薦👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

朋友仔見到係IG有人推介呢間靚靚Cafe,於是就來試下,來到門口就見到有人排隊,好彩唔係排左好耐就可以入去坐,謝謝店員幫我們安排左近門口張枱🫶 點餐個時有週年慶祝抽獎活動,竟然比我抽中左個靚靚環保袋,真係好開心。食物質素都好好,味道好味,賣相都好吸引同好香。咖啡都係好正👍試左桂花cold brew, 酸味好濃好正!開心果巴斯克蛋糕有濃濃的開心果味😍總結係下次都會想再去😆 continue reading

有次經過新蒲崗食魚蛋粉,見到有間舖頭排晒長龍,所以我估係好嘢!於是搵日特登嚟幫襯!舖頭裝修得幾靚,以木紋為主!整體係舒服!我為咗避開人龍,今次特登早啲過嚟,好彩唔使等5分鐘就有得入去,入完去之後好快就已經大排長龍了,真係好彩!講返啲食物先,今次人多啲,嗌多咗幾款唔同嘅食物,分別係:傳統卡邦尼意粉、香煎魷魚木魚飯、北海道帶子三文魚籽海膽汁意大利飯、紫蘇羅勒青醬意粉配慢煮雞胸。首先,如果問我最好食係邊個一定係傳統卡邦尼意粉,雖然我肯定佢唔係好正宗,但係個汁係做得幾好,份量亦都多,因為本身都好Creamy,份量始終唔可以咁多,不過佢啲煙肉真係厚切,亦都做得好好,意粉亦都好掛汁,呢個真係唔錯!第二個好食嘅就係北海道帶子三文魚籽海膽汁意大利飯,呢個又係一樣,唔係好正宗,但係又係咁好味!嗰個意大利飯煮得腍得滯,不過啲醬汁就係OK,加埋其他配料都係唔錯,份量都唔少!所以第二位!其他兩個,個香煎魷魚比想像中好食,啱啱熟,不過呢個比較清淡啲,另外嗰個羅勒醬都OK!整體主食係唔錯!不過甜品先係主角,今次揀咗兩款芝士蛋糕,第一款當然係最受歡迎嘅開心果巴斯克芝士蛋糕啦!另一款嘅就係而家限定嘅焦糖番薯巴斯克芝士蛋糕!兩款都好好食!而且都有濃郁嘅芝士味!但我首選當然係開心果!因為真係食得出好重嘅開心果味!而另外番薯都唔錯,佢係喺芝士蛋糕外面再加咗啲焦糖仲用埋火槍燒過,不過就偏甜一啲,但都係好正!下次經過新蒲崗會再過嚟試吓! continue reading

近年興食開心果,無論麵包店、餐廳都搵到佢嘅蹤影,今次去依間位於新蒲崗cafe小店!一試呢個開心果巴斯克芝士蛋糕真係一流,口感綿密,芝士味又濃郁,每一啖都感受嘅開心果香氣,甜而不膩,入口即化,絕對係一個唔錯嘅甜品選擇。 😋主食就嗌左北海道帶子三文魚籽海膽汁意大利飯。呢道菜係一道擺盤精緻 有心機!主角帶子上面仲有一朵碟豆花作為裝飾,令睇落去好有食欲,上面仲有啲橙色嘅蟹子增添口感,令成碟菜色更加豐富。配搭煎到金黃色帶子,仲有濃厚嘅海膽汁令成碟菜色更加多層次更加和諧。真係好好味🤤另外配左個南瓜🎃濃湯南瓜湯味道濃郁,質感幼滑,好creamy 。整體上成餐飯好唔錯 坐得好舒服!價錢合理!兩個人埋單300幾蚊。新蒲崗有依啲小店,而質素又唔錯喎!#FoodieLife#香港美食 #美食日記 #Cafe好去處 continue reading

今日去左新蒲崗一間簡樸風既cafe,雖然細細間,但係環境舒服,野食都好高質。首先,我試左虎蝦意粉,意粉煮得剛剛好,虎蝦鮮甜多汁,再加上醬汁濃郁,成碟意粉都係一個享受。接住,我地試左焙茶馬斯克蛋糕,蛋糕鬆軟,焙茶香氣撲鼻,每一口都充滿濃郁茶香,非常滿足。最後係鐵觀音牛奶,鐵觀音嘅茶香同牛奶嘅濃滑結合,帶來一個非常和諧嘅味道,令人回味無窮。另外,餐廳嘅職員服務態度非常好,笑容滿面,令人感到賓至如歸。雖然餐廳位置唔算方便,但係好值得一試。開到6點,如果你想嚟放鬆一下定係同朋友聚會,記得留意時間。呢間cafe真係一個值得推薦嘅地方,無論你係嚟放鬆一下定係同朋友聚會,都一定唔會失望。食物同環境都充滿驚喜,值得一試! continue reading
