今天天氣見凍凍地,想食啲暖胃嘅嘢,經過石門食lunch見到有胡椒豬肚湯底嘅粉面店入去試試先。它似車仔面店填紙揀湯底,面類同餸的。佢哋主打豬什類亦有牛類或海類選擇。喜歡食及第粥嘅我就點咗豬什麵配胡椒湯底跟銀針粉,份量都夠適中但湯底就覺得太胡椒都有D辣。不太嗜辣的朋友就楝番豬骨湯底☺️佢哋除了午餐有麵或碟頭飯選擇或下午茶餐外⋯⋯夜晚石門店仲有椰子雞打邊爐或者係枝竹羊腩煲都好似好吸引🤩岩曬而家冬天開餐 continue reading

胡椒湯的豬雜湯麵,清湯蘿蔔,自家製菊花茶,若你唔食得辣,建議唔好叫胡椒湯底,師傅落好重手,幾乎連豬雜的味都食唔到,但豬雜的確新鮮好食,還在碗上灑上大量唐芹碎,好香,叫係有啖菜咬下中和下。清湯蘿蔔都有好幾件,清湯即係豬骨湯底,易入口好多,免費任添的辣蘿蔔真係辣到飛起,唔食得就唔好拿太多,少量配湯麵好滋味最後食到個人暖晒,條唎都辣晒,就叫多杯菊花茶,成個餐都滿意,墨魚頭定價小貴,唔捨得食,炸魚皮今次沒叫,下次再試。見餐廳推出外賣豬雜火煱料套餐,我好心動,定價合理,冬季先去買。最要讚係,間餐廳好乾淨,枱椅連調味醬料瓶,牙簽筒,食具桶等都抹得乾淨,坐得舒適,侍應服務殷勤有禮。 continue reading

點解香港人全部走曬返大陸食飯,真係可以好簡單一句,香港食肆係垃圾。豬雜粉湯底無味,豬雜細嚿,做唔到我哋港式粥麵生滾、白灼的口感,又做唔到大陸豬雜粉豬雜應有的味道,河粉一pat一pat,沒有匙羹都幾難放到入口,果個香港知名法國乜嘢ky廚師,上電視同埋U Tube果個呀!一日到黑揸住杯紅酒果個講到幾好食幾好食,哼!總言而之感覺就係食死屍咁囉!麻辣墨魚頭麻辣夠辣,墨魚爽脆,墨魚頭沒有墨魚味,總之就是麻辣蓋過主人炸魚皮又係食仆仆脆的時候,沒有油香,魚皮香,依然冇味,到底老闆有冇試過,邊間批發交嚟㗎! continue reading
