我哋前後腳到,
PM攞位先,我嚟到,PM係被安排同另外兩組客共3人搭一張圓枱.由於我已諗定,所以好快可以剔,今次我好小心,唔要白胡椒湯,要豬骨清湯,但要加$3.00喇.
PM要咗$48.00嘅鯪魚球墨魚頭白胡椒湯河,我要$48.00嘅豬肺豬脷銀針粉,就加$3.00要豬骨清湯,共$51.00,再要個$35.00嘅脆門鱔魚皮.
我哋喺等嘅時候食吓佢哋擺喺枱上嘅辣菜脯,PM一試話好辣,但都好鹹.我試粒細粒嘅,係好辣,但我又覺得唔太鹹噃.
之後脆門鱔魚皮即到嚟,睇見係一包同俾個碗裝住,

然後PM嘅鯪魚球墨魚頭白胡椒湯河到嚟,我冇影到相,佢話白胡椒湯好辣,但冇白胡椒味.今次又令PM失望添.
而我嘅豬肺豬脷豬骨清湯銀針粉呢?
奶白色嘅湯味道好清,豬肺夠腍,豬脷都爽口正常冇問題,銀針粉同樣彃牙.如果湯係杏汁豬肺就正同抵喇.
