朋友帶路,過來深水埗小店吃串燒,由於首次到來,這店都找了一陣子。小店面積細細,只得三張枱,我們今晚一行六人,一張長枱,還有兩張細枱,所以到來最好預約。朋友未到,㕑子已開始和筆者大談Sake 酒經⋯⋯由於小店,如果想吃海鮮,必須預先通知食店安排,今晚朋友打點唔使煩。日本松葉蟹甲羅燒~炸池魚仔$58~下酒小吃必點項目,魚仔細細,一啖一口一sake ,爽呀!紐西蘭大蟶子~磯煮鮑魚$98/2隻~如果在刀功上切薄片才上碟,效果更理上。燒日本北海道大扇貝~濕濕哋,幾juicy 鹽燒大虎蝦$68/隻~燒白鱔~灑點點海鹽,薄切更理想。清酒煮大蜆$188~新鮮雞肝~下酒小食,必點項目日本免治雞肉串~醬燒味噌五花腩~整體來說:老闆親民,細細間小店,只有三兩張枱,就是喜歡這種小店的感覺。 continue reading
