琴日行街行到肚餓,心思思諗食啲咩填下肚,突然就畀我見到間袁記雲餃店。平時都聽人講呢間鋪頭嘅雲吞同餃子好正,即刻就走咗入去試下。一入門,就見到師傅喺後面包雲吞、餃子,一隻隻、一隻隻,手速快到飛起,而且明顯都係現包嘅,新鮮睇得見,個心即刻就安落嚟。我叫咗兩款招牌雲吞,一款紫菜鮮肉雲吞,一款冬菇馬蹄雲吞,再分別試下混醬乾拌同紅油幹拌兩種口味。先講紫菜鮮肉雲吞,個頭飽滿,皮薄到透光,咬落去 “卜” 一聲,口感爽利。裡面嘅鮮肉餡彈牙多汁,紫菜嘅鮮香滲入肉裡,成個餡嘅味道層次即刻豐富晒。用混醬乾拌嘅時候,花生醬嘅醇厚同雲吞嘅鮮美完美融合,每一口都馥郁濃香,啲花生碎仲增加咗口感嘅豐富度;換成紅油幹拌,嗰陣香辣直衝鼻腔,紅油嘅辣唔會嗆喉,反而勾出雲吞嘅鮮,辣得過癮又停唔到口。再試冬菇馬蹄雲吞,呢個組合就好有創意。冬菇嘅香濃、馬蹄嘅清甜爽脆,搭埋一齊,口感對比強烈又出奇地和諧。混醬一拌,花生醬嘅絲滑裹住雲吞,馬蹄嘅清甜透出嚟,平衡晒花生醬嘅濃郁;紅油拌嘅話,辣意刺激之下,冬菇嘅香、馬蹄嘅甜更加突出,一啖接一啖,根本停唔下。袁記嘅雲吞同餃子,真係平、靓、正嘅代表。食材新鮮,每日現包,唔怪得咁多食客幫襯。無論你鍾意清淡啲嘅原味,定係想試下惹味嘅混醬、紅油,呢度都一定可以滿足你。下次肚餓行過,我肯定會再入去回味一番,真心推薦畀各位鐘意食雲吞餃子嘅朋友仔! continue reading

袁記雲餃(袁記)主打雲呑同餃子,袁記雲餃是我吃過廣東最好吃的雲吞和餃子啦,肉餡豐富,肉質緊實,滿口的肉香味兒。袁記雲餃 (袁記)主打係雲呑同餃子,重點是無論餃子或云呑, 都有多款味道可作選擇,而且整體味道係不會差得去邊 。 今天來,發覺裝修了,感覺上整潔咗好多。人龍依然 都係這麼多。 食物方面有餃子套裝從HK$70 -80. 包括餃子、配菜或小食及飲品 ,有粟米鮮肉餃有韭菜鮮肉餃揀有白菜鮮肉餃揀。其實係香港都路便宜, 又唔算好食 continue reading

平時很常到這家餃子店買回家煮,這次在筲箕灣這家店舖發現還能堂食,就立刻坐下試試~ 由於我們太喜歡吃餃子雲吞了,兩個人點了1大份餃子和2份雲吞,吃完立刻重了3斤😭 但真的挺好吃,餃子的皮不厚,裡面的餡料也足,咬下去會有些湯汁流出來。雲吞也好吃,皮夠薄之餘餡料也多,我們叫了玉米鮮肉和紫菜鮮肉。肉挺大一塊,然後不少玉米和海苔在裡面。它份量真的很足,說實話我吃的一半已經飽了,剩下都是男朋友吃完的🤣🤣。另外它有好幾種煮法,有廣式湯煮,白灼,花生醬撈,蒜蓉撈等等。這次想試試原汁原味,所以都是湯煮和白灼。下次就試試撈的煮法,當然,下次不會點這麼多了🥲 continue reading

今日經過鋪頭,本來打算外賣八方雲集兩份,見呢間賣有薺菜餃,因本人由細到大都喜歡食上海薺菜雲吞,所以見到薺菜就算唔係雲吞係水餃,都決定外賣回家慢慢嘆。回到家點知食落覺得怪怪哋,連一啲薺菜味都無,雖然係綠菜,但完全無薺菜一丁點兒的味道,所以立即打電話去鋪頭打算問清楚,如果俾錯就即刻去換。點知打了三次想問清楚有無俾錯,無人聽電話,只轉去錄音,因住得都有十分鐘路程,又吐餓,於是食完整份算了。之後反正落街,就索性再去鋪頭打算親自問清楚個明白,因由細食到大嘅味道無可能唔認得,點知門口阿姐耍我,話呢隻薺菜係另一款,唔係乜乜色果隻!算,唯有以後不再幫襯。唔知佢老闆見到呢篇文章諗乜。 continue reading

韭菜餃加花生醬幹拌韭菜餃同花生醬紅油好夾 好好食 韭菜味道唔會好重 食完成個口都係韭菜味同埋韭菜餃食落唔會好沙 感覺用料都係新鮮!!上湯齋麵原本打算食清淡啲 預咗叫一碗齋面會冇味 結果係睇落好似好單調 食落唔單調 麵同湯都好有味道同唔係死咸死咸 係啱啱好有韌道嘅面加鮮甜嘅湯味 套餐:玉米鮮肉餃 豆漿 時菜玉米餃嘅玉米麵係鮮甜 咬落去麵係粒粒鮮甜 而肉嘅味道唔會太重同太咸 搶咗玉米嘅鮮甜 佢碗湯都係飲落好鮮甜 唔似係味精落好多 食食下發現有一粒餃子係唔同 應該係佢嘅冬菇馬蹄鮮肉餃 食到馬蹄好爽口 而且冬菇唔會好重味搶咗肉嘅味道!豆漿暖暖地 飲落有甜味但唔會太甜時菜普普通通嘅烚菜心 豉油 同少少蒜係面頭 聞落好香感覺上食嘅嘢都係用鮮甜同唔重味去形容 加上佢啲餃子幾新鮮製造 餃子皮係新鮮嘅 睇得出一定唔會係想溶癡住其他嘢咁 而且有透明玻璃睇到員工做嘢 食物都係即叫即整! continue reading
