To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日假期，去金記食午餐，預咗好多人，但係叫咗個咖咖喱吉列豬扒飯，－開始送咗個魚，第二次豬扒飯到，然而，令人失望的是，豬扒居然未熟，問啲店員，還是好唔耐煩。今日真係令人非常之失望，以後唔會再去。

金記冰室近年在香港愈開愈多，形薈這家是我和老公做運動前別晚餐的選擇。餐牌選擇多，想飽一點食扒餐，想輕食一點食常餐，我和老公都一定揀到啱自己的選擇。而且金記性價比高，平常人不多，不用等位，兩個人可以任揀卡座慢慢歎！

今日打算去龍脊行山，行之前食個飯先有氣力。上openrice search 先知原來金記冰室有好多分店，遍佈港九新界，一於去食！環境乾淨舒適，用網上點餐，使用簡單又新潮。炒飯夠獲氣，蛋香味重，夠乾爽，份量足，成人夠飽的份量。

今日中午去食形薈入面既茶餐廳～金記冰室價錢都好親民，茶餐廳水準都維持到牙～快靚正牙～🍳🍜餐肉煎蛋即食麵$34睇落係好簡單嘅公仔麵，但佢嘅蛋唔會煎得好老或者覺得煎得好過火同凍冰冰，雖然喺茶餐廳，呢啲餐肉蛋牙應該會煎定，但又唔會覺得係煎完擺咗十世個種wo~😂 個奶茶我覺得幾好，唔會係茶澀味~
