成日聽到人地話筲箕灣東大街既小食好味,有幾多個人知道東大街其實仲有好多唔同既小店,而我會推介一間好有地道特色既大排檔。講得大排檔當然個環境一定係嘈雜,好彩既係大排檔入面係有冷氣既,咁先食得更舒服,我地當日叫左3碟餸,碟碟都清👍🏻真係不得不讚,係幾有鑊氣📍蜜椒牛仔骨 $98味道都係比較重口味同濃,如果大家鐘意重口味就可以試下呢道菜,而我就覺得偏鹹,食完要配飯先可以中和下個味道📍椒鹽鮮魷 $88呢道菜都比較出色,而且份量多,令我不停食,鮮魷炸得好脆口,而且有口感。📍沙礓雞腳 我見每一台客人都有叫,我都叫一份,果然係冇介紹錯👍🏻雞腳好入味,而且都好多份量 continue reading

今個星期下雨不停,難得夜晚開始細雨就出去搵食.成日去東大街食野,有時經過呢間店都見到好多人幫襯.因為冬天有時店外都擺幾張枱,一早已經有想入去試食既念法今日難得唔算多人,就入去試下,的確好多熟客.而我簡單點左幾味小菜.第一味係椒聯鮮魷, 味道不過不失接住落黎, 點左碟薯仔牛柳粒,但係我發現上到菜時個啲牛並唔係牛柳粒....唔同我傳統出去食一舊正方型既牛肉粒. 不過味道都可以,只係牛肉有點少而且並非牛柳粒既傳統形狀豉椒炒蜆就完全冇咩特別.最後豉油王炒麵作結,呢舍炒麵略為濕,我個人意見,呢間店並非想像中咁好食,份量較細,價錢較貴, 以呢個價錢一碟小菜,其實同酒樓差唔多.總括而言,試過就算. continue reading

冬天到就緊係要去食羊腩煲啦!約埋三知己一齊食,夠晒溫馨😍羊肉煲(內附枝竹,馬蹄)我自己食羊肉煲「羊肉」並不是我的主菜,主菜反而是「支竹,,蔥段和生菜」,因為炆羊肉既汁十分濃郁,美味,配料吸晒啲汁,簡直好似吸晒所有既精華咁。不過這間餐廳的羊肉不是太多,我們4人去食,羊肉不是太夠食。但味道不錯!沒有羊肉很「騷」既味道,肉質柔嫩,軟稔稔。good!Order羊肉煲會附送一碟生菜。這裡的煲仔飯,也很有名的哦!(可以另加臘腸或潤腸)不過沒有太多飯焦的。椒鹽九肚魚好味,好夠熱,不會食落有大舊炸粉的感覺。建議加一兩粒辣椒絲加埋一起炒,味道會更香濃和野味! continue reading
