為咗慳食材 喪用豆粉充分利用豆粉 呢間野我建議任何人唔好去 我覺得個廚師要檢討下 我叫咗個番茄雞翼飯 直頭啲汁係一嚿嚿，好似透明乳膠漆 完全冇番茄味 啲班嘅名單最好係雞翼都頗為大隻嘅呢間野好明顯係慳啲蕃茄醬汁而爽落豆粉！ 鍾意就粉嘅人可以去試吓嘅 不過我寧願食碗仔翅好過食佢囉 我朋友叫咗咖喱雞同排骨炒河 還可以啦不過40幾蚊應該唔係太直囉如果呢間野想繼續做落去就改善下啦 不過呢啲嘢試咗一次其實都唔會返轉頭㗎啦個例湯好淡而無味 可能慳咗啲味精啦 continue reading

      有時喺公司做到夜晚六七點，見到仲有大把嘢做，真係寧願填飽個肚先繼續做。但如果一丁友嘅話，你想叫外賣人哋都未必肯送，尤其係啲受歡迎嘅餐廳。永和喺我舊公司隔兩條街，係好難得一位都很肯送外賣嘅茶記。當然味道只係不過不失，不過OT緊又邊有心情食山珍海味吖。佢晚餐都供應午市碟頭飯。試過呢隻葡汁雞扒，味道OK。落咗唔少芽菜平衡返。佢六點半前落單可以叫下午茶餐，呢隻肉燕餃通粉幾好食，又落咗啲蔥頭提味。有時食晏想隨便解決都會幫襯佢，So far 我覺得佢啲質素都係對得住價錢嘅。喺上環做飲食可以開喺永和街五六年，都算做得唔錯架啦。 continue reading
