今日就嚟到Bun Cha試吓佢哋嘅越式美食啦!呢间店,真系滿滿當地風情,坐落於Aberdeen街嘅斜坡上頭,一入去就覺得舒服得滯,啱晒想輕輕鬆鬆食個午餐嘅你。首先,我哋點咗單Cha Nem,即係越式炸春卷。春卷咬落去外皮嘩啦啦嘅,入面嘅豬肉同蝦都鮮味滿分,真系令人停唔到口!不過,就算佢哋成件脆得嚟又香口,三件碟仲係覺得有少少抵食唔到。😋另外,實在太難得喺香港搵到味正嘅Banh Mi,所以今日決定試吓!佢地嘅Banh Mi只得一款—嗰個包括咗脆皮香烤豬肉,鴨肝醬,加上醃蘿蔔和青瓜片,還有香菜同美乃滋嘅組合。講真,嗰個烤豬肉好味到爆燈,皮脆肉嫩,一啖咬落去就感受到肉汁四溢嘅滿足感,搭配咗鴨肝醬嗰下嘅濃郁,仲有蔬菜嘅爽脆和清新,完美!🥖🥒結論,今次嚟Bun Cha表現唔錯,春卷同Banh Mi都係幾上心頭,值得推介俾鍾意越南菜嘅食友哋。下次再黎,我一定要試多啲佢哋嘅招牌菜!🇻🇳 continue reading

呢家店真係一顆隱藏版嘅珍珠喎!我點嘅特色牛河一上枱就聞到嚟嗰股湯底香氣,真係入嗮鼻啊💫!湯頭濃郁得嚟唔膩口,牛肉嫩滑得滯,而且河粉Q彈彈,每一啖都令人回味無窮。跟住嘅豬肉檬食落好過癮,豬肉味濃而且有煙韌感,「揸到」正宗港式味道,加點榨菜真係一流,完全係填飽肚同滿足心靈雙重享受!雞肉沙律就解單晌,清新唔膩,啲沙律醬點綴得啱啱好,真係食完唔會覺得罪疚。啲色彩繽紛嘅食物擺得好有層次,賣相吸引,差啲以為自己喺廣告入面咁。我喺度嘆,真係嘆到世界轉圈圈🌏!除咗俾大家一個小提示,嗰沙律份量畀足,跟住可能要同朋友分食啦!總括黎講,店員服務態度友善,環境雖然平民但整潔得來。下次再經過,一定要再幫襯,快啲帶埋啲朋友試下其他菜式!🍽️✨👍🏼 continue reading

中環都唔少越南河,有brass spoon 同prime pho 個人最鍾意上環嘅Buncha。雖然要行一段路我叫咗佢哋嘅招牌菜生熟牛肉河,真係好好味!生牛肉有啲嚼口,但加上麵條同啲蔬菜,味道好爽口。熟牛肉就好正,肉質鮮嫩,肥瘦相間,配上河粉好滑口。湯底亦都好濃郁,加上啲香料,令味道更加豐富。中環黎講,佢湯底係最清,唔會食完個嘴會有陣油。不過因為餐廳比較細,所以如果你唔想等太耐,最好避開繁忙時段。價錢方面都算合理,80蚊包埋野飲,令人覺得物有所值。 continue reading

今次我試左生牛肉湯河配凍越式咖啡(煉奶)滿分7/10餐廳位置不多,但不會坐得太逼夾,舒服的,當時大約80%人流。一間小店,有4位員工,足夠的,上餐時間不會等太久,叫餐後,大約5分鐘已岀餐到面前。河粉不錯,尚算滑湯,,喝一口不會口渴,不太濃,有點感覺放太多清水沖淡左,可以改善一下值得讚揚的地方就是生牛肉處理不錯,唯獨份量一點少咖啡濃而不苦,相對附近越南餐廳的咖啡更勝一籌,但要求少冰,仍然冰十分多,雖改善。 continue reading
