To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Introduction
Genki Sushi is a Japanese converyor belt sushi chain restaurant. Their goal is to serve affordable yet fresh sushi and sashimi. Their menu consists of a variety of sushi, sashimi, hand rolls, hot food, appetizers, udon, gunkan and desserts. While the majority of their sushi is quite affordable, they also have a premium collection consisted of more high-end seafood.

今日午餐要快,就去左元気寿司搞掂。第一次食呢度既午食之選。揀左極上元気刺身配雜錦天婦羅定食,價錢$88加一,包極上元気刺身,雜錦天婦羅,日式海鮮燉蛋同面豉湯(可轉汽水)。極上元気刺身有兩隻赤海蝦,兩塊三文魚,三塊超薄帶子,一塊油甘魚,一塊赤身,兩塊玉子,兩片青瓜同一大碗飯。老實講,刺身質素明顯差過散叫,又細塊d,唔抵。飯就正常。雜錦天婦羅簡直係慘不忍睹,有三舊,分別係茄子,蠔,同南瓜。見到都知難食,個炸皮油淋淋又厚。茄子係無味架!日式海鮮燉蛋我食左少少,配料至少有日式魚蛋一片,算滑既,不過偏鹹。面豉湯我轉左汽水Cream Soda。跟餐加配優惠有加$22要赤海蝦刺身,一共有三隻,係正常質素,抵。跟餐加配優惠都有加$12既6款指定手卷,我揀左加州手卷。似乎都係散叫質素安全d。赤海蝦刺身 $42 另加一:一客五大隻,又新鮮又香甜,啖啖肉,蝦頭有汁,抵食。炙燒黑松露帆立貝壽司 $17 一件 另加一:非常正!帆立貝又大又厚切,鮮甜啖啖肉,炙燒過後好香。有微微黑松露味道,令帆立貝更好食!雙重鰻魚流心芝士壽司 $14一件 另加一:有兩塊鰻魚上面再加一大舊炙燒過嘅花畑牧場卡門貝爾芝士,唔錯,幾抵食。香蒜海鮮軍艦 $14 兩件 另加一:上面帶有辣椒,脆口蒜粒同葱絲,海鮮切粒都算新鮮。紫菜唔係最新鮮脆口,不過都可以接受,好抵食。柚子油甘魚蓉軍艦 $17 兩件 另加一:油甘魚蓉好滑溜,份量勁多。柚子皮就可有可冇,仲灑左啲七味粉喺上面。抵食。三文魚籽軍艦 $17 一件 另加一加州小卷 $22 另加一:一客四件芝士焗日本蠔 $26一隻 另加一:好邪惡,芝士蓋又厚又拉絲,食落好好味又鹹鹹哋又酸酸哋咁,入面隻蠔又新鮮又多汁,不過唔知點解無左碎洋蔥粒。牛肉烏冬 $32 另加一:牛肉烏冬有五塊肥牛左右。烏冬唔粗唔幼,都算煙煙韌韌,好味!加左少少蔥,個湯底都油,湯底味道就麻麻哋。牛油果蟹柳沙律 $22 另加一:今次賣相好差。蟹柳兩大條切開六塊,質素唔錯,堅有鹹香蟹味,夠厚肉。牛油果切左粒,都新鮮。其他配料仲有好多生菜片同幾塊青瓜片加少少車厘茄,個汁係柚子醋,唔知點解有少少辣。青森蘋果汁 - 柚子味 $15 一包 另加一:當然係非常好飲,味道豐富有多重果汁味道,所以次次encore!

本人一直對食元氣都冇乜期望,但估唔到今次直頭係失望!叫咗幾碟壽司,啲魚生同嚿飯嚟到已經係分開嘅,再望一望,幾隻碟都有跡,心諗都算啦,話晒都只係元氣🤭不過今次最令我驚訝嘅係,我今日一嚐帶子連殼嘅壽司😓👍🏻我夾咗啲洋蔥落口,咬落去個口感好似食緊沙石咁又刮口,即刻同返出嚟睇個究竟!勁囉!望一望隻碟,再睇一睇嚿壽司,幾塊女士們鍾意攞嚟做首飾嘅貝殼片竟然加咗喺帶子上面做點綴!果然係好有創意嘅元氣壽司!

元氣壽司出咗夏日新 menu,今日即刻去試食!柚子醬油漬鰹魚:本來以為會好鹹,擺到最後先食。但點知原來一啲都唔鹹,淡淡地口啱啱好,配埋柚子皮碎,好清新好夏天。雖然魚味唔算濃,但完全無渣!瘋辣三文魚卷:辣味唔算好辣,只係有少少刺激感。無乜驚喜但 ok 嘅!鮮味鮑魚壽司:鮑魚夠大塊,咬落爽滑彈牙,配合恰到好處嘅醬汁,味道超級無敵鮮甜,啲鮮味直情係喺口腔內爆發出嚟!榮登今日 MVP!雙重鰻魚芝士流心壽司:兩大片薄鰻魚,配上芝士同濃濃甜甜嘅醬汁,一大舊一次過放入口,好滿足!黑松露吉烈蠔壽司:雖然黑松露味唔算突出,但隻蠔好厚好肥美,吉烈外衣好脆唔油。唔錯,次 MVP!食到咁上下仍然口痕,再追加貝類三點盛。北寄貝壽司:好鮮甜彈牙,但有少少砂。螺片壽司:同樣好鮮甜,非常爽脆,一啲都唔會靭,好食!芥末翡翠螺軍艦:呢個有驚喜!芥末味道好清新同攻鼻,明顯同枱上一包包嘅 wasabi 唔係同一個級數。而且螺肉亦好鮮甜彈牙,唔錯!順帶一提,上環信德有位中長度頭髮,束半馬尾嘅女收銀員服務態度非常好,好 nice 同好有耐性同客人解釋。值得稱讚!
