To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我一家去食飯,我小朋友坐入面,送餐姐姐一手將個盆有飯有湯有肉有前菜,放去入面給我小朋友,之後成碗熱湯倒落我小朋友個邊,我當然好擔心會盪親,個服務姐姐沒有一個道歉,只係講左無事無事,之後我就好嬲,點解可以咁唔小心,你可以行入去放好,而唔係一手伸入去放,唔夠力就唔好勉強,有冇顧及客人安全,好彩小朋友避得切,如果再細個d嘅小朋友唔識避,後果可以好嚴重,之後我好嬲咁鬧佢地唔小心,先再有人過嚟道歉,真係好有問題好過份!希望貴公司注意食客安全,畢竟好多小朋友客人!

- 燒肉Like!Yakiniku Like平時食日燒動輒位位500元,如果食靚少少和牛,上到成千一個都唔出奇。今日去到呢一間由日本傳奇老闆西山知義開啟嘅平價一人燒肉,完全令平時社恐都可以試到燒肉嘅滋味。唔講唔知道,西山其實仲係牛角嘅創辦人,餐飲帝國樣樣都有質素保證,今次都唔例外。今日點嘅係超過分,300g 五花肉Set 有埋紫菜鰹魚飯,餐湯呢個量既肉,埋單唔洗$150,極度離譜亦都極度抵食!!既然佢都係牛角同一個集團可以想像其實就算係平價肉,都唔會差到去邊非常推薦大家諗唔到食咩嘅時候過嚟拆返餐🤗🤗🤗🤗

今次嚟試一人燒肉,係指一人一爐,套餐全日供應,我哋因為鍾意食肉多過飯,所以叫咗一個餐再散叫三款肉,散叫肉有成300g,比餐多一倍份量架,而價錢都係差唔多。🥢LIKE套餐 $118 ⭐️⭐️⭐️有牛舌、牛五花、橫隔膜肉三款肉,三款肉都一般啦,將價就貨係差唔多,另外飯可以揀多份量都唔駛加價,咁我哋想食芝士咖喱飯,所以加咗$12,係即食咖喱包味道。另外散叫咗三款肉,我覺得三款都好味,特別係壽喜燒牛五花,醃得入味肉又唔太肥。🥢壽喜燒牛五花 $40 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥢豬五花腩肉 $30 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥢豬頸肉 $48 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️二人共消費:$248

我今日去食燒肉,用信用卡落完單,留左email先,click埋email收單據,送出左張單先發現留錯左email address 。所以即時問男店員email會唔會有信用卡資料,佢答我唔到話搵經理幫我。跟住餐到我都未收到回覆,於是再問嗰位男店員,佢話搵經理過嚟同我講。如是者我餐都食完,個經理完全冇出現過,我再問過另一位阿姐,阿姐話經理唔知行左去邊。於是我就坐低响度等左大概10分鐘,個男店員想收餐趕我哋走嗰陣,就‘好似’醒起我仲係度等緊佢個經理,經理ka Ling於是行埋嚟問我咪事,我就再重覆同佢講我嘅問題,佢就話幫我去問下先!我其實由點餐嗰刻到食完,佢哋都冇人跟進過。再等5分鐘左右,經理問左分區經理先回覆到我嘅提問!

五個人中午來食燒肉,只見最大只有四人枱,我哋唔介意逼吓。各人按食量口味點咗自己份套餐,有獨孤一味牛五花嘅,有樣樣都想試嘅多種拼盤,包括經典牛板犍、牛脷同新款墨魚片。今日冇人想食辣就點晒配菜係沙律(而唔係韓國泡菜),加埋煙韌珍珠米飯(個別有跟溫泉蛋)、和風湯。就算同樣係牛五花,呢碟偏瘦,嗰碟白雪雪肥到不得了;一邊靜靜哋噉燒,一邊燃起熊熊火焰超有氣氛。墨魚燒完食落爽脆可口,配埋沙爹醬都幾夾。有人覺得唔夠喉,要零舍加多一碗白飯同另上一隻溫泉蛋!鍾意呢度有好多種唔同嘅醬料去配燒肉,款款都唔錯。但係櫃桶就搵唔到必用嘅濕紙巾。入座之前講明淨係食得一個鐘,不過入座之後因為唔算太多人都冇人再提過。服務算係週圍都差唔多嘅Hong Kong style,多少有啲chur。能夠快快脆脆,燒肉食到飽,跟埋飯菜湯好均衡,而且樣樣都幾好味(幾時嚟都係呢個水準),形式上一個人嚟食都唔覺得悶,人均消費百零蚊......贏得唔少回頭客。
