    早前，位於上環站 A2出口對面，永樂街的酒吧 Black Star 結業後；最近，開了一間新加坡餐廳 <JOM>，剛剛試業中！我上網找找有無其他分店？！原來灣仔已有，可看看餐牌及食物相！週末來到上環新店，問男店員新店供應的係咪跟灣仔店一樣？他回答：有9成相同！Menu供應：特色小吃、肉類、蔬菜、飯類、海鮮、配菜、甜品及飲品！ (暫時未有酒牌，未能供應酒類飲品)設加一服務費]]]]餐廳佔地兩層，被安排入座後，男店員隨即放上餐牌，接著送上一杯室溫水，讓我未落單先解渴，服務加分Weekend lunch 咖椰吐司 Kaya Toast $52多士烘至金黃香脆，薄薄一層的咖央醬，配上少少牛油，份量恰到好處！食完整份都不覺得膩滯:一咬下去，甜美的咖央醬咇出來桔仔汁 Calamansi Juice $42入口冰涼，其酸度不及檸檬酸，酸中帶微甜，感覺清爽又消暑！ continue reading

      一直覺得灣仔新加坡餐廳JOM嘅食物質素有一定的水準，佢地最近仲開咗間新分店喺上環永樂街，喺正上環地鐵站對出，唔使左搵右搵！佢哋仲推出左新加坡國慶二人套餐添 (HKD598)。菜單涵蓋了多款特色小食、麵食同埋welcome mocktail。小食拼盤有齊鹹蛋蓮藕片、蝦棗同咖哩雞小金杯。蝦棗炸到外皮好酥香，入面有蝦肉粒、馬蹄同提香既芹菜粒，口感好豐富！咖哩雞小金杯同鹹蛋蓮藕片都好香口惹味，令人食唔停！第一次食麥皮豆腐，炸完嘅麥皮味好香，有脆香口感。黑椒大虎蝦(＋$100) 味道好香濃，下飯一流！咖啡骨其實係豬肋骨黎，用特調咖啡粉同果醬混合埋一起做醬汁，入口微苦帶酸甜味，好獨特。 每次嚟都會點佢地嘅滑蛋河，芡汁保持到獲氣，口感滑順且夠味，配料豐富新鲜，蝦肉同魷魚都好彈牙！推薦！ continue reading

      今日好開心同屋企人去咗一間好高質素嘅西餐廳，環境優美，位置響啟德，一出西鐵站就到，非常方便，好適合一家大細，情侶嚟食飯，而且環境優美，衛生程度高，有情調，有格調，裝修好靚，仲有大大個電視機睇足球，真係好啱夜晚過嚟食飯吹水，而且仲可以有酒吧叫走，有唔錯嘅地方可以輕鬆吓，真係值得推介呀，而且呢度嘅食物質素好高，呢度有好多意粉扒類選擇，我哋叫咗一個意大利卡邦尼意粉，非常好食，卡邦尼汁，超好味，超入味，而且份量唔錯，仲有佢哋嘅雞肉墨西哥玉米片，超級好食呀，上面鋪咗好多嘅雞肉，全部都係廚聯多汁，而且仲加埋佢哋嘅醬汁，全部都係由新鮮嘅洋蔥，蕃茄，仲有香料配製，所以食落去好有口感，真係好正，而且pizza個size好大，可以同朋友分享，值得推介👍👍👍💓 continue reading
