To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時下午茶喺中環無劃乜選擇所以咁岩喺上環做野但又想食車仔麵揀左麵尊 其實都已經食左幾次今次揀左豬大腸、豬紅、酸齋跟油麵底，另外加咗麻辣，麵尊嘅湯底都好濃郁，而且個麻辣醬，非常之惹味。佢嘅豬大腸唔會好肥，另外豬紅煮得好淋，豬紅入晒味，而且酸齋個酸味調得啱啱好，總結嚟講，喺下午茶都係一個幾好嘅選擇。

呢間上環店係麵尊總店，每到中午都大排長龍，很多人過來買外賣和堂食，以車仔麵嚟講，佢算係中上環最出色嘅車仔麵！每當想食車仔麵，都會嚟呢間舖頭食。佢嘅餸菜包羅萬有，我就每次都會食豬頸肉同雞翼，當然仲有酸齋啦！酸齋唔係間間舖頭都有，呢間既都做得唔錯！而且佢嘅豬頸肉同埋雞翼都好入味，都相當好食！至於湯底，佢都有兩三種選擇，我就次次都會要咖喱加腩汁！其實佢嘅麻辣都唔錯！次次食完成身大汗，加埋支汽水！就係一個好開心嘅午餐！不過我覺得佢真係落咗好多味精，食完次次都會好口乾！冇辦法啦！

好多朋友推介來這裏食麵，雖然天降大雨也不能阻擋門口排隊的人龍，我點了咖哩魷魚、咖哩牛柏葉、滷水鴨腎、豬紅，河粉，麻辣+蔥 ，份量好多、湯底濃郁，這四個餸都是我的最愛😍味道超級讚～ 朋友點了蘿蔔、咖哩魷魚、咖哩牛柏葉、滷水鴨腎，幼麵搭配咖喱醬，特別濃的咖哩味道😋他每次吃都會點這幾款😋💓👏🏻下次絕對可以再來，性價比高👍🏻 麻辣醬和咖哩醬記得選擇辣度，普通超辣🥵 我可能只可以BB辣，最好帶埋紙巾🤣

麵尊車仔麵lunch時間都好多打工仔嚟食，今次叫左3️⃣餸車仔麵🍜酸齋▶️味道普通，得2件仔豬大腸▶️滷得入味，冇異味豬頸肉▶️豬頸肉切得勁薄，滷得好淋3款餸唔係特別出色個隻。咖喱辣，都幾惹味。但大熱天時要喺門口排隊，寫定紙仔，坐低就即刻有麵食，店員效率甚高，食完即刻起身，但坐得好迫唔舒適。

唔知係咪因為揀得唔好首先覺得蘿蔔 好硬 完全唔腍然後等咗碗麵大概有20分鐘試過其他分店覺得真係上環呢間分店係比較難食冬菇唔入味唔好食唯一可以一讚的就是好多蔥如果等外賣 仲等得更加耐所以相信下次真係會再試
