To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在繁忙的上環,星月樓以多樣化的點心和合理的價格吸引著不少食客。這次的午餐體驗令我期待已久。我們點了多款招牌點心,蘿蔔千絲酥外皮酥脆,內裡則是細緻的蘿蔔絲,口感層次分明;燒排骨肉質鮮嫩,醬汁入味,肉與骨的結合恰到好處;栗子餃皮薄而透亮,內餡的栗子清甜可口,不過略嫌味道偏淡;鮮蝦翡翠餃的蝦仁十分新鮮,餃皮厚薄適中,色香味俱全;黑椒金錢肚味恰到好處,口感亦不會像其他地方的過硬;椰香核桃包外皮柔軟,內裡的椰香味與核桃出奇地夾;春風得意腸腸粉滑嫩,伴隨著炸米網及鮮蝦,味覺及口感都很豐富;白灼芥蘭選用較嫩的部份,不會因價錢便宜而將貨就價;五穀什糧糕口感細膩,本來以為是煙韌的口感,但出來的效果是軟滑的,也很不錯。在我們用餐過程中,發生了一個小插曲。原本點的五穀什糧糕誤被送上了三星燒賣。店員發現後,立刻主動跟進,並迅速將五穀什糧糕重新蒸好送到我們桌上。這樣的服務態度讓我們感到十分滿意,為用餐體驗增添了不少分數。今次的午餐體驗十分愉快,多樣化的點心選擇、合理的價格以及優質的服務,都是這家餐廳的亮點。無論是與朋友聚餐還是家庭聚會,這裡都是一個不容錯過的好地方。期待下次再來品嚐更多美味的點心!蘿蔔千絲酥燒排骨栗子餃椰香核桃包鮮蝦翡翠餃黑椒金錢肚春風得意腸白灼芥蘭五穀什糧糕 continue reading

香港要搵四川菜好容易,北京菜就難好多。嗰日嚟食咗唔少傳統北京菜,包括北京填鴨,酸辣湯,高力豆沙。當日發生咗件搞笑小插曲,就係叫咗拔絲蘋果後,上咗一碟只有一舊拔絲蘋果,其餘三舊都係拔絲香蕉嘅甜品,但服務員亦都好好,立刻幫我哋重新換咗一碟,亦有講唔好意思。 continue reading
