To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間星月樓在上環區算是數一數二街坊首選的酒樓,今次我因參加親友生日聚會,才第一次來試下晚巿套餐。碧綠珊瑚玉帶子帶子很鮮嫩,蔬菜新鮮爽口,正常好食的一道菜,如果份量再多一點就好了。松露榆耳伴蝦球蝦球肉質鮮嫩,食落口感覺似龍躉,而且不是太鹹,充分感受到蝦肉的鮮味,不錯。清蒸海東星斑豐腴肥美,口感绵密嫩滑,啖啖肉,入口即化,散發出誘人的魚香味。蠔皇蝦籽柚皮扣玉掌很有心思製作的一道菜式,不是很多酒樓提供。柚皮炆得軟淋,醬汁亦很濃郁,令鵝掌很入味。當紅炸子雞皮脆肉嫩,雞皮炸到脆卜卜,燒得金黃脆香,可以咬到索索聲,不會有肥脂肪黐住雞肉,雞肉嫩滑,肉汁鮮甜,就算雞胸位都不會乾柴。京蔥爆炒海參海參吃起來很Q彈,再加上蔥姜爆炒,濃郁的味道,口感特別。紅燒大鮑翅魚翅色澤自然,翅針彈牙,吃來口感細緻,絲絲分明而有彈性。水餃長壽伊麵水餃雖然只得兩粒,但夠大粒,蝦特別爽脆,加上鮮嫩嘅雲耳和掛汁的伊麵,口感不錯。菜單好豐富,而且有埋壽桃包,用來慶祝長輩生日就最好不過了。 continue reading

由第一次到飲茶地下既知客 態度已經很不友善 問攞喜宴既餐單回答係冇 我真係唔明咩意思 個知客只係識得對啲熟客打招呼幫熟按票 但外來既客就不禮貌叫啲客自己按票 咁既服務態度 今時今日咁既服務怪唔知飲食業都比你整死曬 店長更加唔專業聯絡左訂幾枱 個店長都清楚確定左所有既野 但都唔可以唔會再聯絡要落訂及確場地環境點安排 還要我親自落到酒樓找店長去傾 咁既店長又算唔算叫有責任感呢 到尋日當日既安排我幾枱圍封又圍唔好 又放枱飲茶既枱係我既隔離咁我唔知你度個店長係咪只收人工乜都唔關事 完全冇責任既價值 自己明知個層中午有喜宴自己唔負責 交比啲 又係冇用既女部長 個店長淨係話我已經圍好 但個女部長就話我食飯唔係我負責 咁到點係邊個負責呢 係我負責定係要老細係度負責呢 搞到我個幾枱既親朋戚友都好唔高興 唔該你哋星月樓搵啲話到事既老細交代反我 唔係我一定會有進一步行動 continue reading

落單三個菜,時間七點鐘,等咗半小時,好聲好氣問咗幾次都係話"好快到”,結果係遲嚟嘅都食完走了⋯⋯成個鐘先上兩個菜。埋單仲衰,問句”浪費客人成個鐘時間都上唔齊三個小菜,係咪應該打折?”,個經理嘅回答係至多免碟花生錢,唔畀錢就報警!然後又開始等埋單,見到後面嘅客人都埋咗單走人了,於是問帳房點解仲未出單,帳房指住話係經理度,問個經理點解hold住張單,堂堂經理竟然可以推返去帳房身上!第一次幫襯晚市就享受咁特別嘅服務,唔廣而告之實在對唔住這種服務質素。 continue reading
