To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為早咗去到諗住食嗰間餐廳,佢要我一定要夠鐘先可以入座. 喺門口經過諗住隨便搵杯嘢飲下,打發30分鐘😅坐低入面啲哥哥姐姐態度都好好,攞咗個menu畀我! 咁就一人點杯嘢飲,我點咗菊花薑蜜,另外點咗一杯熱檸蜜,齋飲冇嘢食有啲齋,見到有咖哩魚蛋咁就點一下嚟配下嘢飲啦! 個哥哥將碟咖哩魚蛋拎過嚟嘅時候我有啲驚喜😁好似法式咁樣嘅擺盤,中間係咖哩魚蛋旁邊有四片多士😚問哥哥點解會有多士嘅,佢話有客人提議佢唔好嘥咗啲咖哩汁,所以佢就配埋多士畀客人,咁可以食曬成碟嘅咖哩魚蛋,同埋舐埋啲咖哩汁,一滴都唔好嘥😁啲魚蛋幾多好睇彈牙嘅咖哩汁少少辣都幾香,果然用多士舐埋啲汁一滴都冇曬👍

一向喜歡尋找特色食店的我, 搜尋到這間很有南洋風味的小店, 藍綠色的外牆很吸睛, 進入餐廳後感覺去了另一個時空店舖很有懷舊氣息, 牆上除了貼滿餐牌外, 還貼有很多明星名人的留言及簽名🤩這次來吃下午茶南洋特色炒時菜 $69材料豐富有椰菜🥬、豆卜、四季豆、紅蘿蔔🥕等, 味道辛香蒜香雞翼煎蛋米粉 $50蒜香雞翼另外分碟上, 以保持脆香脆口感, 雞翼外脆內滑, 帶點蝦醬味道, 煎蛋為我最愛的半生熟太陽蛋, 米粉口感很爽, 跟平時吃到的很不一樣熱檸蜜 餐加 $4龍眼冰 餐加 $18龍眼冰是配原支泰國梳打水, 很特別, 再加上多粒新鮮龍眼肉, 清新滋味這間小店人情味相當濃厚, 地方又乾淨衛生, 價錢合理, 要再來試齊早、午、晚餐

星期六晏晝起身唔想煮飯近近地喺屋企附近嘅呢一間冰室食個下午茶。平時路過間唔中都見到佢哋好多人排隊,一直都想試下。.第一次黎,入到去發現佢哋嘅裝修好懷舊,有種舊時香港八九十年代茶餐廳嘅感覺,幾適合打卡。餐牌選擇都幾多,不少菜式同坊間嘅茶餐廳都唔同,有啲泰式嘅麵食,亦有泰式奶茶飲等等。.🥢冬蔭功湯金邊粉配海南雞脾:金邊粉用雪平鍋上,好特別,海南雞脾會另外分碟上,令到雞脾味道不會被冬陰功湯底蓋過,幾貼心。雞脾質感柔嫩,味道好接近之前喺泰國食過嘅水門雞,皮薄脂肪少,好滑嘅感覺,而冬蔭功湯金邊粉就微辛微甜幾開胃。.🥢另外再叫咗個南洋特色常餐,餐裏面嘅麵食可選配料都幾多,富有特色嘅例子有香茅豬扒 / 黃薑雞扒 / 扎肉/蒜香牛油雞翼 / 海南雞翼等等,我地叫咗香茅豬扒,豬扒肉質扎實彈牙,幾多汁,咬落都鬆化,湯底係傳統嘅麻油湯底加入左芽菜同生菜等增加口感。另外加咗$5將普通多士轉做咖吔多士,咖吔唔會太甜,帶點點椰子香氣,加$5食到算性價比很不錯。.飲品推介一試凍鴛鴦,啡味奶茶味都平衡得不錯,兩者相輔相成,但又無掩蓋各自嘅味道,比例調配得唔錯,無搶去各自嘅風頭。~~~榮華南洋冰室 (上環)上環差館上街1A號地舖

如果消化不是特別好的你我不建議你在此店吃麵,麵呈上的時候是生骨的只是剛把麵浸在熱水的狀態比小時在長洲渡輪上吃的更糟糕。告知店員後眼見店員放在微波爐處理後再呈上。奶茶味道是合格的,雞扒味道帶點微酸仍可接受。再為一個餐店出售一份$50的雞扒麵,同區確實有很多好的選擇。

CP值超高,重19年開始,個條街無乜幾多間食市挨得過,如不是好味不能生存至今。首推串燒,海南雞及冬陰功金邊粉。平時帶狗散步外面飲杯野睇車又得。正。港島區此類餐廳買少見少了
