To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等佢嘅餐廳入座,無所事事經過門口,隨便入去坐下

因為早咗去到諗住食嗰間餐廳,佢要我一定要夠鐘先可以入座. 喺門口經過諗住隨便搵杯嘢飲下,打發30分鐘😅坐低入面啲哥哥姐姐態度都好好,攞咗個menu畀我！ 咁就一人點杯嘢飲,我點咗菊花薑蜜,另外點咗一杯熱檸蜜,齋飲冇嘢食有啲齋,見到有咖哩魚蛋咁就點一下嚟配下嘢飲啦！ 個哥哥將碟咖哩魚蛋拎過嚟嘅時候我有啲驚喜😁好似法式咁樣嘅擺盤,中間係咖哩魚蛋旁邊有四片多士😚問哥哥點解會有多士嘅,佢話有客人提議佢唔好嘥咗啲咖哩汁,所以佢就配埋多士畀客人,咁可以食曬成碟嘅咖哩魚蛋,同埋舐埋啲咖哩汁,一滴都唔好嘥😁啲魚蛋幾多好睇彈牙嘅咖哩汁少少辣都幾香,果然用多士舐埋啲汁一滴都冇曬👍
