今次同朋友黎大坑一試呢間手撕雞米線,睇完MM條片覺得間店好有style,雖然價錢頗貴,平時食開$4x-5x一碗米線,不過黎到大坑決定一於try try佢。店內裝潢好有懷舊特色,有80年代電影海報,天花有disco 燈,仲播住經典舊歌,感覺到店主係一個本土vintage 迷,係呢個環境底下食麵都特別有feel D。手撕雞米線好足料,湯底好濃,手撕雞好嫩滑,值得一試。 continue reading

This is a cozy retro restaurant. It is an open kitchen concept where we could see them preparing our noodles. We ordered the green curry mixed noodles with shredded chicken, Dan Dan soup noodles with squid balls and fried shrimp rolls. I liked how we could customised the spiciness and numbness of the noodles. The green curry noodles was my favourite of the three. The Dan Dan noodles was peanuty. All the noodles came with some cucumbers which added freshness and crunchiness. The fried shrimp roll was shrimp pasted wrapped with tofu skin. It came with a green cilantro sauce. Even for someone who doesn’t like cilantro the sauce was a good pair with the rolls. I’ve heard that the restaurant used to have a mad delicious fried chicken but we learned from the owners that it is not a permanent item on the menu. We’ll keep an eye out on their social media and come back to try their fried chicken. continue reading
