因為都食過幾次,每次食嘅菜式都唔同,相係分開幾次影嘅。 先講下呢度嘅牛扒,真係好好食,基本上每次都食,三成熟,唔會有血水流岀嚟,rest嘅時間足夠,又唔會乾。牛扒仲有炭火燒過嘅香氣,呢個價位嘅餐廳可以算得上超值。 蠔都係基本上每次食,岀色嘅係佢哋自己調配嘅汁,其中一個青瓜做嘅醬配搭生蠔非常精彩!! Bouillabaisse 呢個真係比個大廚嚇親,我本身就係魚湯迷,呢個有魚大蝦紅蝦蟹青口蜆嘅湯,真係超級大滿足!! 亦有細版龍蝦湯,寫食評嘅時候都流緊口水。。。 牛肉他他就食得多,蝦他他就第一次食,好香非常鮮甜,配搭沙律菜,口感豐富,如果唔係要留返比其他人食,呢碟我可以清咗佢!! 椰香冬蔭功鑽石蜆 我係唔太鍾意食冬蔭功嘅,但係呢個湯椰汁味比較突出,冬蔭功只係襯托,非常惹味,蜆肉熟度完美,粒粒飽滿,鮮甜。 薰衣草奶凍配士多啤梨沙冰 甜品方面我就好隨便,有又得,冇又得。所以冇乜影過甜品。不過呢個真係唔係度度都食到嘅味道,特別之餘亦要稱讚大廚嘅心思。 continue reading

位於奧海城的西餐,餐廳位於 Food court旁,餐廳職員介紹有無敵大海景後,入內發現原來室外位置在裝修,沒法在戶外進食,只好乖乖在室內捨棄海景進食~龍蝦汁燴海鮮 $358Signature之一,海鮮份量算多,有青口,魚柳,鮮蝦,八爪魚,南瓜,薯仔等。龍蝦汁的味道很濃郁,一放進口便吃得出龍蝦湯的鮮甜味,海鮮味滿滿,不錯慢煮36小時和牛臉頰 $158牛臉頰煮得十分軟腍,入口即溶,老公喜歡"咬口感"便不太喜歡;煮出來的味道更偏向中式的柱侯醬牛腩,牛肉雖然很嫩滑,但肉味相對薄弱,更多是醬料的味道生炸魷魚 $78份量算多,粉漿厚度偏薄,炸得金黃香脆,外皮有摻合和風紫菜粉,非常惹味 continue reading
