To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來這間西餐廳已經心思思了很多天,就是lunch太多人了。這天來到有位,立即入座。這已經是我第N次來了🥰。之前都是點牛扒意粉,份量大牛扒又入味👍。這次點了安格斯漢堡,薯菜。漢堡來的都大大份❤️,安格斯漢堡扒也是厚厚的,很入味,沒有甚麼冷凍味🫶。配菜也很合胃口,薯條更是要大讚👍👍,因為都是有薯肉,不是空心。餐前還有沙律或餐湯選擇。唯一要吐嘈是坐位有點窄,但店舖大小都很難有大改進。Route 83 (廣福道店)

時間尚早又去開大埔,就會想食呢間嘅牛角包🥐通常食碎蛋牛角包,入面會有埋粟米🌽個醬又好夾味,已經回頭超過十次。1️⃣今次就試下巴馬火腿牛角包($42)🥐我落單時講定想走菜,店員好細心,會問我走唔走埋蕃茄🍅外食咁多次,係得呢間餐廳會咁問我😹啱啊,唔想食沙律菜啫,唔洗走蕃茄嘅😼2️⃣我以為走晒菜之後得返淨火腿同蕃茄🤣但原來入面仲有酸瓜粒同蛋黃香草醬,好香好夾味!個包大過手掌✋🏻但好快清晒!3️⃣店員都有禮貌,用餐愉快~

我們於14/4(日)下午二時到達餐廳,內裏都有唔少客人,餐廳環境昏暗,位置不多,但溫馨。我們叫了3個lunch set,送飲品☕️及餐湯🥣或沙律🥗。❶香煎豬扒配洋蔥忌廉燒汁及薯條($62):薯條熱騰騰的,非常好吃,有2塊大豬扒,不是太軟也不硬,易入口,口感不俗,亦有沙律附上🥗❷黑松露雜菌意大利粉($74):汁同意大利粉搭配得剛剛好,好多菇類🍄❸83雜錦薄餅($85):配料有菠蘿🍍,少許三椒🫑,火腿,芝士及辣肉腸。餅底為薄皮,好脆,味道不錯👌🏻埋單不用加一,份量抵食夾大件不過因為食物不是一次過上,所以成日見到客人問職員拎碟🤣

平時極少寫食評通常好難食先會忍唔住寫今次寫係希望支持下高質餐廳希望做得好嘅餐廳長做長有呢間嘢午市食咗幾次都好滿意今次係第一次晚市堂食平日夜晚8點幾左右去食last order係20:45呢個鐘數唔多人 可以自由揀位坐平時見星期日中午通常都要排隊舖頭入面每個座位附近都會有鐘仔可以隨時召喚店員過嚟唔使驚轉角位冇人睇到自己店員好有禮貌 語氣溫柔落完單慢慢覆單confirm包保唔會落錯單食物方面餐湯係忌廉湯 不過不失餐飲係熱奶茶 都唔錯主菜嗌咗半隻燒雞有芝士焗薯同雜菜沙律伴碟食物一嚟到 啲香味已經撲鼻而嚟雞皮燒到味焦 保留到肉汁亦有香草嘅香味 肉質嫩滑 非常滿意焗薯目測有兩款芝士芝士都做到拉絲 但略嫌唔夠味焗薯可以再焗軟啲但由於佢算係伴碟我覺得都合格呢個晚餐就算係男人食都好夠飽計埋加一 人均約$109以呢個食物水準同服務態度價錢都好合理
