心血來潮想食點心晚飯,就搵左呢間[老馮茶室]。7點去到都已經有人排隊等位,最後我哋兩人都等咗一陣就入得。環境乾淨企理,有好多六十年代嘅懷舊裝飾掛在兩旁,有時代感。臘腸滑雞飯~色澤誘人嘅臘腸整齊咁放響飯上面,肉質酥軟,油香皮嫩,輕輕一咬就食到臘腸的軟糯入味,與滑雞和米飯係絕佳配搭!魷香肉餅飯肉嫩多汁,兩煲飯份量十足,物超所值。老馮鮮蝦腸晶瑩剔透,隱約可見入面粉嫩嘅蝦肉,柔韌彈牙,吾油膩,火喉拿揑精準,既吾軟爛,又吾會生硬難嚼。古法牛肉球超大粒,顏色好鮮嫩,賣相幾好,喼汁又夠酸,好夾。老馮流沙芋泥包係一道顏值高嘅點心,3粒肥嘟嘟嘅紫色流沙包,麵包鬆軟,入口即爆。古法千層糕好有層次,上層脆口,中間夾著清香蔴蓉,有新意又非常惹味。職員服務態度充足親切,價錢合理,水滾有茶香,真係比起集團式茶樓好好多,咁高質嘅點心,實會再嚟😍 continue reading
