To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我算係佢哋嘅忠實擁躉,食咗十幾年,食物方面我係好欣賞,但係佢哋舖頭嘅服務態度實在不敢恭維。入到去坐低咗喺卡位度就即時叫我去中間圓枱同人搭枱,咁都冇問題,入得嚟都預咗。之後見到門口有個單身男人喺門口想入嚟,女侍應就指示佢去一邊嘅單人座位搭枱,該食客望一望之後就掉頭走。其實咁樣都冇問題。畢竟大家都有權選擇。問題在於個食客走咗之後女侍應同老闆不停一唱一和話人哋唔入嚟食,好似好巴閉咁,來回交換十句八句,其他食客例如我聽在耳裏,真係十級唔自在。今次食完之後,我都同我太太講,短期之內我一定唔會再返嚟食。

大圍一向都是美食小店集中地🥢由小食到正餐,懷舊到新派美食都應有盡有😙而數到屹立多年的老字號,就不得不提這間金城茶餐廳⭐️———————————————————————煎肉餅是金城的招牌菜之一🥇多年來都有不少報章雜誌推介過📡今日初次見到真身,肉餅的確有相當份量😲面積大之餘亦有一定厚度🤏🏻豬肉肥瘦混合,結實彈牙😋細嚼下會感受到少許馬蹄粒帶來的爽口,加上表面煎得香脆,口感十分豐富。😇味道方面肉味香濃🐷有淡淡果皮香味,同時不會太鹹,再配上特製偏甜的豉油,調味剛剛好👍🏻白飯可以加$15轉炒飯底。炒飯鑊氣十足🔥粒粒分明,乾爽得來又不會過硬,而且有蛋香🥚是教科書級別的炒飯,$15絕對值得❗️金城另一招牌菜就是椒鹽豬扒飯🐽本來我以為這會是類似椒鹽鮮魷那種較為乾身的菜式,誰不知上枱賣相與我想像中大為不同🧐這裡的椒鹽豬扒較為濕潤,每件都被少許醬汁包裹著😚蔥、蒜、辣椒🌶️的味道都非常突出,菜式香濃得來,甜、鹹、辣三種味道都十分平衡🤙🏻肉質方面亦肥瘦均勻,雖未至於嫩但亦不會太乾👌🏻整體而言,椒鹽豬扒的調味較煎肉餅更濃,相信重口味人士一定會吃得開心😁另外金城的辣菜甫亦是遠近馳名,每張枱都會附有一盒,供食客自由食用😊菜甫非常爽脆,辣椒香味濃郁🙂的確別具風味,但又未算有太大驚喜🫢———————————————————————金城兩大名物都十分高質,味道好之餘份量亦多🥳無論是區內街坊或是區外遊客,光顧後都會感到滿足🤩

黎開大圍,見到朋友之前試過呢個大圍名物 金城茶餐廳,見到好似好好味,咁今日一於同男骨友嚟試吓叫咗招牌嘅椒鹽豬扒飯同香煎肉餅飯椒鹽豬扒飯,一口食落去,一句話果然係出色!味道非常之香口啦,同埋好啱重口味嘅朋友,因為味道真係非常之重!同埋調配得好香!非常之推介大家試吓。男朋友主要食香煎肉餅飯,香煎肉餅飯嘅豉油汁都好好味。但係個人比較推介,椒鹽豬扒飯更多叫咗一杯凍檸水一杯凍檸茶少甜,少甜嘅檸茶,果然唔係好甜,表示滿意👍但係整體嚟講唔算太平,試一試都唔錯的

食咗差唔多20年,前一排好似跌咗少少Watt🤣,但近排食又唔係Wo,近排質素好咗!招牌生煎肉餅飯炒底,今次煎得好靚,肉餅充滿陳皮味外脆內非常Juice,抄飯香口冇投訴,我既習慣,加D菜脯!
