陳儀興飯店一直都好多人食,每次食都要出面等位,今次都唔例外,去到已經見到出面有唔少人等緊位。呢間餐廳以潮州菜為主打,真係有超多款式選擇,由海鮮到各種肉類都有好多選擇。———————————————🌟椒鹽鱔球 $198呢款椒鹽鱔球真係香脆得黎又入味,外皮炸到金黃香脆,一啲都唔油膩,內裡嘅鱔肉仲保持住嫩滑同鮮味,骨亦都唔多咬落去啖啖肉咁,每一啖都食得出鱔球嘅彈牙口感。配合椒鹽嘅輕微辣味,食落更加惹味。🌟鹵水鵝片 $168呢道鹵水鵝片係陳儀興嘅招牌菜,黎到一定要試。鵝片浸滿咗濃郁嘅鹵水汁,鵝肉嫩滑多汁,皮嘅部分仲帶有少少膠質感,食落口感豐富。每片鵝肉都切得剛剛好,唔會太厚或者太薄,真係一口滿足。🌟潮式金不換魚露蟶子 $78/隻呢道蟶子應該都係可遇不可求唔係日日有,每隻蟶子都係大大隻,真係超肥美又鮮甜。魚露嘅鹹香同金不換嘅獨特香氣完美融合,令到蟶子更加鮮味十足。我見其他食客仲可以用其他煮法,大家都可以先詢問有咩做法再決定,但咁靚嘅蟶子真係點整都咁好味。🌟剁椒蒸家雞 $95剁椒蒸家雞係一道非常有層次嘅菜式,剁椒嘅辣味滲入咗雞肉入面,令到每一口雞肉都又香又辣,而且雞肉嫩滑,完全冇乾柴嘅感覺。呢道菜啱哂鍾意食辣嘅朋友。🌟薑汁炒芥蘭 $78呢道薑汁炒芥蘭真係又簡單又出色,芥蘭炒得非常翠綠,口感爽脆,而且份量足夠,夠晒兩三個人分享。薑汁嘅香味同芥蘭嘅清新味道相得益彰,清淡之餘又唔失味道。🌟脆皮落湯錢 $88最後甜品時間嚟到潮州傳統甜品——脆皮落湯錢。呢款甜品係將糯米糍煎到外脆內軟,然後再沾上花生、椰絲同糖碎,入口香甜又有嚼勁,我最鍾意就係果種有少少似飯焦嘅外皮,成個食真係好有層次感。 continue reading

之前經過已經留意到這間餐廳門口佈滿老夫子嘅畫像,今次終於有機會來朝聖。我哋6點便到達,食左半個多小時,已經全場爆滿,非常旺場。餐前小食。好香脆的花生。滷水鵝片 $168滷水鵝,例牌份量,鵝片下面有大豆芽,鵝肉的質地綿嫩,搭配大豆芽平衡味覺。果皮蒸鱔 $150蒸鱔有好多口味,我們選的是果皮蒸鱔。果皮的清香增添了層次感。蒸魚肉質鮮美。底下是豆卜,吸收魚汁,風味十足。啫啫田雞煲 $98啫啫田雞煲是一道極具地方特色的菜式。田雞肉質鮮嫩,經過啫啫的烹調,非常入味。還有豬潤、洋蔥、青紅椒,色彩鮮艷,滋味十足。藍妹 $25/支藍妹啤酒每支$25,點可以錯過呢。 continue reading

今晚收得夜,老友話想去#陳儀興飯店,因想食下滷水鵝片 ,到達後見原來9:00後時段入座,有宵夜優惠,啤酒 -Asahi 或藍妹均$25枝/支,咁正啱晒我哋喜歡飲番2杯嘅人仕lu。食潮州菜必定會叫的招牌正宗陳年滷水鵝片,潮州菜名菜之一,肉質幼嫩有咀嚼感,滷水汁調得很入味,墊底有爽口的芽菜,點汁附上嘅酸汁更開胃可口。豉汁蒸大魚雲,即叫即蒸熱辣辣,魚雲新鮮且有營健康,加埋豉辣一齊蒸,微辣的惹味又好食,送酒相當唔錯。蠔仔肉碎浸時蔬,蠔仔需則細細粒,但肥嘟嘟的很新鮮,沒有腥味,菜心翠綠爽脆清甜,健康之選。ASAHI👍啤酒🍻夠晒冰凍,一邊食住吹下水一邊飲,唔經唔覺就飲左2大支🫢,價錢合理又親民,飲飽食醉相當滿足。 continue reading

人均$300起|將軍澳|潮州打冷|陳儀興飯店家人們,陳儀興肯定是香港人的寶藏餐廳!除夕夜也是超級爆滿他們家主打好吃又不貴的潮州打冷吃了這麼多人均都只是兩百多上菜的時候真的崩潰了招牌陳年滷水鵝片好大份喔!鵝片真的香蘸上酸醋好吃!必吃的鹵水拼盤也不貴138元就可以吃得到墨魚紅腸、五花肉、滷蛋、豬耳和豬大腸真的太佛心了吧潮州蠔餅也是大推沒想過是這麼大份生蠔也是非常多最重要的是蛋香味濃要是吃不飽就來嚐一下這份潮州炒飯裡面的料巨多炒飯顆顆分明私心告訴你晚上宵夜時段啤酒都只是25元一瓶怪不得這麼多人來這裏了感謝在地人帶路下次還來!——————為食分界線——————📍 陳儀興飯店人均消費: $300 continue reading
