之前已經話有一啲菜式要留定先 呢個舉動已經代表佢唔係一間普通中式酒樓啦 我表達咗我嘅意向而其他人都採納咗(只係佢哋冇特別意見啫)終於留咗肉蟹長通粉同埋炸乳鴿(其實呢兩個都冇乜特別) 薑蔥肉蟹只係墊底嘅由原先可能係炒年糕取而代之變咗長通粉中西合璧 其實仲可以變其他嘢添其實應該留嗰個東坡肉砌到成座山,咁樣功夫都多啲啦! 另外即場就叫咗一隻蔥油雞、咕嚕肉、東升斑脆米、椒鹽魷魚鬚、椒鹽豆腐、油鹽水浸蜆 同埋最後壓軸先上枱嘅清炒菜心 應該成餐飯最貴就係東升斑囉。係好食嘅,魚好滑,侍應上枱嘅時候仲叫我哋準備相機拍片,點知佢腍啲上湯落去脆米度一啲效果都冇,人哋隔籬枱渣渣聲㗎嘛🤭總之餐飯分四份每份九百幾蚊。 不過覺得並非物超所值,格局好似內地人主理嘅。 冇乜裝修。其他嘢都正常嘅 最差係碟菜心囉,應該都$70-$80 㗎啦(min) 又由琳琳咁樣 所以話出街最好唔食菜 最唔抵食 continue reading

2024倒數完同朋友們在尖沙咀有點餓 ,晚上十一點打去餐廳問仲有繼續營業,幾個朋友便一起上去吃火鍋,想不到香港還有夜消磨的餐廳,夜貓子的福音 朋友們特別喜歡吃三文魚刺身,然後老闆話今日仲有花金鼓,朋友們都喜歡吃魚,即刻點了花金鼓刺身,想不到花金鼓也大條,上枱我們都“嘩”一聲,很先甜美味🐟然後我們火鍋叫了手切牛肉,朋友們真係好喜歡吃魚又叫了繕片 ,還有幾個菜,茼蒿 ,西洋菜 ,這些都是冬天必吃🌿這裏真是夜貓子好去處 continue reading

冬至屋企人想打邊爐,就諗起伍佰,平時多數都係係佢度食私房菜。打電話訂枱,得知分兩輪,也明白大時大節,甘選咗8點15分,果日早到佐,所以要係門口等,但d侍應好窩心,比d野飲和凳我哋坐,值得一贊。準時8點15分入座,入去時果然人山人海。坐底點咗條花金古和佢地加拿大野生象拔蚌刺身,條花金古上枱時重識郁,講真花金古魚味夠濃,肉質又彈口。佢地加拿大野生象拔蚌真係正,食落果d鮮甜度真得,出面d餐廳冇得比。之後d牛肉都非常掂,花紋分佈得好靚,最重要係牛肉味極重,又夠滑身。另外又贊一贊d夥記,以為今日佢地甘忙,估唔到每半小時加湯又換碟。做到十一點幾埋單,順便係佢吔度訂埋團年飯,走時重見佢地有客入黎,抵佢地甘好生意。 continue reading

係IG見到有food blogger介紹,所以決定今年冬至試吓。點知大失所望,無論係食物質素,座位安排定係同餐廳嘅溝通都只能形容為「沒有最差,只有更差」。知道冬至一定好多人,所以我地早咗三個星期經openrice book咗7點食晚飯。食飯前3日,餐廳WhatsApp我,要求確認人數日子,同埋要俾$1000訂金+訂好菜式。WhatsApp有電子menu,我地就睇menu訂好晒菜式。然後,食飯前一日,餐廳突然間通知話冬至因為客人多,所以要食兩輪,6:30-8:30 或 8:30打後。呢個時候已經覺得餐廳安排混亂,咁遲先通知。不過都唔緊要,我地人少少時間容易遷就,揀食早一輪。我地當日準時到達之後就安排入座。餐廳中間係一個大廳,啱啱好前後放到兩張12人檯,然後零零丁丁係牆邊有一張開咗一半嘅圓形檯,size最多坐兩個人。不過,偏偏係其中一邊窒多咗一個位,仲有個伙計坐咗喺度執menu。我地已經心知不妙,周圍望都唔見有其他細檯,果然真係要坐呢張好似僭建出黎嘅檯。我地即刻要求轉檯,不過員工話今晚全場滿座,冇得換。一張二人檯格硬安排三個人坐,呢個做法都係係茶餐廳就見得多,完全冇諗過係一間私房菜都會有咁嘅安排。又或者,可以提早話俾我地聽,等我地可以選擇接唔接受呢個安排。結果我地表達不滿,員工唯有調動隔離大檯嘅座位安排,等我地可以坐得鬆動D。不過第三個人就全程坐咗喺走廊通道,熱湯呀熱餸呀不斷係後面傳黎傳去,又時不時會俾人撞,真係坐得非常唔舒服。坐低咗之後又遞menu叫我地揀餸,真係問號問號,唔係話冬至要預先訂好晒餸咩?安排咁混亂嘅?終於都可以食飯。首先,黑蒜螺頭雞湯 ($80/位)。見到有雞腳,瘦肉同黑蒜。味道唔錯,黑蒜味都出色嘅。黃金蝦球 ($216)。全碟有6隻,唔係特別大隻。鹹蛋黃味都夠濃,不過唔夠香。擺盆就麻麻,有D求其。炸粉唔夠香脆,同埋包住埋隻連殼嘅蝦尾,一咬落去成口殼。啫啫乳鴿煲($228)。呢個煲真係大失望。啫啫煲一上菜已經完全冇渣渣聲,完全冇鑊氣冇香味。D乳鴿每一件D肉質都唔同,一係超級韌,一係鞋口,一係粉。斬件一開四,但係又斬得唔好,會冇啦啦有一個好尖嘅骨突出黎,要食得小心D。羊腩煲 ($388 >> 結果變左$488,陣間會解釋)。已經算係全晚比較好食嘅。羊腩肉質嫩滑,半肥瘦,唔會騷。味道就好似一般出面食嘅羊腩煲,唔驚艷。不過肉質質素高,可以搭救吓。蟹黃蟹肉扒豆苗 ($418>>$428)。第一,蟹肉係罐頭蟹腳肉嘅質素。第二,蟹黃完全冇香味。第三,豆苗質素麻麻,偏油膩。完全唔值呢個價錢,你唔講我都唔知原來有蟹黃。本來以為已經唔能夠再差,點知到埋單嘅時候仲誇張。張單黎到,盛惠$1826。其中茶芥每位$20,不過其實得一杯熱水(連茶都冇),花生本身就話送俾我地食嘅。再仔細望張單,哇,明明電子menu話$388嘅羊腩煲,點解變咗$488 !蟹黃蟹肉扒豆苗$418,點解又變咗$428 !我地即刻搵伙計問。我地第一個問嘅女伙計態度副氣,話「WhatsApp個menu唔update㗎,總之依家係$488啦」,然後走咗去。menu唔update又放出黎俾客人參考,到埋單先被通知加咗價,真係覺得好離譜。結果我地搵多咗兩個伙計據理力爭先肯改番價錢。總括黎講,成餐飯就只能形容為不知所謂,搞到今年冬至飯真係難忘至極。故事教訓:以後唔可以再輕易相信網上嘅宣傳。 continue reading
