一直都好想試依間餐廳,因為身邊好多朋友都有推薦過,決定係女朋友生日黎試一試,頭盤有生豪,但奈何腸胃唔係咁好最後都無食到有啲浪費,佢仲有個枝豆咸咸地真係幾好食😂頭盤係巴馬臣火腿,味道都尚算正常。跟住有最鐘意食既魚生🙌🏻有啲炸物 但唔記得左個名嚕跟住係意大利飯,少少咸同埋可能因爲高級餐廳關係份量真係有啲精緻😂唔夠喉,但真係幾好食跟住係自己整既鐵板牛,真係全晚最最期待既一刻,幾多成熟由自己控制,入口即溶😋魚就正正常常加錢既甜品拼盤,如果鐘意食甜品既,係會好滿足總體黎講,食物質素係okay既,但食完會唔夠飽,氣氛好好,環境睇到海好開心,價錢合理。 continue reading

今日upload 相發現搬左。但其實黎Aqua 食都係為左個境。5年前老公同我慶祝生日黎Aqua 食sunset dinner ,環境食物都唔錯。主菜的牛柳,好正個甜品拼盤都好,有5款。之後結婚一週年都係到慶祝。今年再回來,價錢無變, 麵包無左, 甜品拼盤無得加錢,甜品同我想像的唔同左。牛柳細左好多,但個pizza 真係好大,食到好飽。但搬了,下年都未必會再回來食啦。 continue reading

Beef tartare 🐄 $288 (8.5/10)份量比想像中大 最有驚喜係面頭塊脆脆 整得好精緻 仲帶點閃粉效果 食落味道超重薯仔味 完全好似食緊塊薯片咁 他他面頭都有啲調味 所以完全唔會腥Pizza con aragasta 🍕 $398 (7.5/10)呢款Pizza係佢哋其中一個signature dish 龍蝦份量都幾慷慨 鋪滿晒成個Pizza 但可能因為比較多汁 所以浸到塊皮好淋 有啲難拎起 雖然係薄皮 但係個皮實在係太薄連個龍蝦汁都唔係好承拓到🌟Tiramisu 🍰 $168 (9/10)全晚最有驚喜應該就係呢個甜品 賣相非常靚 係一個朱古力球形 另外仲有個朱古力醬分開上 原本以為係溶個球體 但原來個醬汁係凍嘅 所以應該純粹想加重個朱古力味 雖然叫tiramisu但係佢有少少似cheesecake嘅fusion因為頂層係鋪滿住cream cheese而底部就係有啲手指餅 整體黎講唔會太甜 味道唔錯OVERALL: 推薦😆 (8/10)餐廳位於大廈嘅頂層 絕對推薦佢個一望無際嘅海景 特別係當日天氣好好 可以飽覽晒成個維多利亞港夜景 真係超級靚 環境比較昏暗 幾有氣氛 適合慶祝嘅場合 通常窗邊位都有最低消費 但係當日好好彩 可能餐廳唔係好爆滿佢哋就wave咗個min charge 餐廳嘅服務整體黎講都幾好 會預先問定客人需唔需要提早準備慶祝甜品或者有冇咩配合 非常細心 當晚亦都有位女職員非常熱心咁幫我哋影相🌟為推薦 continue reading

之前book咗Rosewood嘅staycation,佢就跟呃客嘅一餐晚餐,係three course dinner set上到去佢個環境真係好靚,見到好多人都係喺嗰度慶祝生日,或者係周年紀念,張枱係望住維港個景,真係好靚呀個景色。嘢食方便前菜我哋分別揀咗,三文魚魷魚刺身,同芥末豬肉餃子。個魷魚刺身幾好食喎,爽口得來又濕濕地佢處理得幾好。個芥末豬肉餃子就冇咩特別,同平時係居酒屋食嗰啲日式餃子差唔多,都係脆皮嘅。主食呢我就揀咗石燒和牛西冷,同三文魚加帶子石燒和牛西冷覺得依一個就普普通通,同平時居酒屋嗰啲差不多。牛肉嘅質素都唔算係特別靚,食唔出係和牛或者好貴嘅牛。三文魚加帶子呢個就真係超好食啦,首先三文魚同帶子都冇overcook,煮得好嫩滑,而且個汁都非常之特別,有啲似千島醬但係有酸酸地,配三文魚加帶子非常好食。而且佢出面係有黑色嘅炸漿包住三文魚同帶子,有啲似平時食吉列牛咁,但佢就煮得好趣,炸得來又冇令到啲三文魚或者帶子好油膩或者過熟。呢度菜仲要擺盤都好靚,好精緻咁。甜品叫咗個Tiramisu同埋雪芭個雪芭就好酸檸檬味,而Tiramisu就唔夠滑身啦。但係我哋嗰日食係夜晚七點幾,餐廳嘅環境真係非常之靚,望住個景啲嘢都特別好食啲!呢度係非常之值得嚟,但係就唔推薦過石燒牛啦,因為仲要自己整好麻煩,梗係人哋煮俾你食望吓警仲開心啦。 continue reading

一個月前叫老公訂Aqua 慶祝生日。見有人post 過d環境好靚,食物評價有好有唔好,但都想試吓。去到,首先我唔知道呢啲地方食晚飯有限時,仲寸嘴話得以前得個半鐘?我哋又唔係食sunset dinner, 有d r 頭。 咁無辦法,入去坐低先算啦。我地坐嘅位置好好半圓枱因為有小朋友又唔飲酒.所以就單點。冇叫signatory menu. 烤八爪魚,very tasty and juicy 好好味個Angus beef 做得剛剛好海膽海鮮炒飯及個牛油果鳗魚反卷係好好味Margarita Pizza 就餅皮好薄,我哋要點兩個先夠😂最後我點了個Tiramisu ,佢哋見到我扎花知我生日,特別上盤,我哋好開心。全程員工都好nice 好熱心,特別個好高嘅外藉女員工經常過嚟同我地傾計,又叫我地坐耐啲,又guide 我哋去影相位,又幫我地影相,非常熱心。令到我比較cool 嘅老公都話會再去。野食係貴少少,但景,服務,值得再去。 continue reading
