今天要介紹的餐廳位於尖沙咀,是一家主打手工意粉既餐廳。餐廳大部分既意粉都係自家製的,亦有不同類型既意粉。餐廳走輕鬆親民路線,環境同服務唔都正常,同朋友食餐便飯都可以黎呢間試一試。我地叫左兩款主菜亦用左$60轉套餐,套餐包左頭菜同甜品。前菜南瓜忌廉湯忌廉湯好香滑加埋好濃既南瓜蓉,幾好飲。三文魚薄片+時蘿意大利軟芝士三文魚份量都大,配上餐廳製既特製醬同軟芝士,係一個未試過結合的食法。香煎廣島蠔配山葵蛋黃醬廣島蠔配上山葵蛋黃醬係意外地夾,廣島蠔煎得香脆,旁邊都放上三文魚粒做伴碟。主菜意式香蒜白酒大蜆手打扁意粉 $168呢度係主打手工意粉所以叫左一個黎試下,意粉面頭係放滿哂大蜆,幾乎每隻大蜆肥美飽滿啖啖肉,而手打扁意粉煮既時間剛剛好帶有煙靭,扁意粉一上枱就已經香氣撲鼻。美國頂級牛板腱配紅酒牛燒汁 $228另一個叫左牛板腱做今餐既主菜。牛扒煎得不錯加上配菜同有伴碟,但回嫌伴菜份量有d不夠未必食得飽。甜品伯爵茶意式奶凍伯爵茶個比例恰到好處,帶有伯爵茶味但又唔會失去奶既味道,奶凍表層沾左蜜糖,奶凍食落去成個感覺好滑有彈。Attic Handmade Pasta (尖沙咀) @attic.tst尖沙咀金馬倫道33號The Cameron1樓101號舖港鐵尖沙咀站 B2 出口, 步行約4分鐘 continue reading
