Weekend下午嚟到尖東，揀咗呢間係海旁嘅Bar，適逢係一年一度嘅單車節，對出嘅路段封咗路成為比賽路段，係一個極佳嘅觀賞位置。在場都有好多觀眾睇單車比賽，氣氛好好。不過相信平日嚟都望住個風景都會覺得好舒服。揀咗假日嘅Classic brunch，包括咗前菜主菜及甜品。上菜嘅速度好符合週末嘅vibe，絕對可以慢慢嘆前菜總共有三款俾我哋share，芝麻烤吞拿魚配咗甜洋蔥醬，酸酸甜甜咁好開胃。第一次試魔鬼蛋，感覺好新鮮，配蟹蛋黃醬同埋辣椒，提升香氣。唔食得辣嘅我都接受到。仲有一份烤雞牛油果沙律，份量好足，牛油果同菜食落都好新鮮感覺好清新。接下來嘅重頭戲就係食肉獸嘅最愛，是日烤肉同埋阿根廷Ribeye烤肉整體好鮮嫩，仲有好多肉汁，生熟程度啱啱好，食落牛肉香味都好濃。仲有份量十足嘅烤蔬菜。我係好鍾意食烤蔬菜，尤其是啲蘿蔔外面好脆，味道好甜。另一份草飼肉眼牛扒，我哋叫咗Medium，燒得好香，而且薯條嘅份量就嚟滿瀉，好正薯條係好新鮮炸出嚟，熱辣辣，脆卜卜。而牛扒夠晒厚，一啖咬落去真係好滿足。最後配上兩款是日甜品，分別係Tiramisu同埋朱古力Brownie，為今日嘅brunch完美作結。呢間Bar嘅食物水準都相當唔錯，同埋侍應嘅服務都好好，相當友善親切，下次有機會都想試吓夜晚嚟食個晚餐感受吓另一種情調。 continue reading

這間餐廳有兩層，有室內和室外區，看到海景，在二樓露台高些個景觀更靚！國慶煙花當晚我亦在附近食晚飯，路過見到這間Bar 客似雲來，原來是阿根廷菜幾特別我從來未食過。Boticario ~set lunch Starters前菜〰️Honey Glazed pork belly 蜜糖豬腩肉豬腩肉是一口大小的，被微微酸甜的醬汁包裹著，表面仍然非常香脆可口。〰️Smoked salmon & citrus salad 煙燻三文魚柑橘沙律作為前菜，份量都算頗大，味道都好清新開胃！Mains 主菜Argentinian Grill 🥩阿根廷烤肉選擇了Ribeye 肉眼牛扒配薯蓉～位於南美的阿根廷給人感覺熱情奔放，今次係我第一次食阿根廷烤肉，其做法有別於其他的烤肉，講求簡單、原始的美味，入口焦香四溢，內在同時保持軟嫩多汁的口感，風味濃厚，非常美味🫶🏻🫶🏻🥩Grilled skirt steak 烤裙牛排配薯條及阿根廷青醬同樣焦香味澎湃，油花豐富，多汁肉味香濃，裙肉纖維較粗，相對較肉眼有咬口。阿根廷青醬都係第一次見好特別，係香草蓉加橄欖油。增添香氣之餘唔會油膩。Coke Zero Pineapple juice continue reading

首先服務方面非常滿意! 服務員除了親切有笑容亦好有彈性! 原本打算埋單, 服務員再為我們添酒但收happy hour價錢, 叻, 識做生意!至於食物方面, 首先值得一讚嘅係碟芝士 (Provoleya Asada) 個底煎得脆但表面 juicy, 雖然喊左小小但好好味! 個 Ribeye 好出色, 有煎香亦 juicy! 總括而言, 其他菜式一律都不錯! 唯獨 Steak Tartare 就一般般啦! 至於 mussels 我個人就覺得可以再嫩滑啲, 不過朋友們就覺得唔錯!餐廳環境對住海景當然無得輸, 夜晚9點後有band唱歌所以氣氛好好, 但我們對正band所以有點嘈, 服務員立即幫我們轉枱! 最後, 餐廳沒有時限, 客人可以舒舒服服坐成晚唔駛轉場!整個用餐體驗超級滿意, 性價比高, 加油! continue reading
