To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間位於尖沙咀星光行嘅老字號點心茶樓,幾十年嚟一直都係區內數一數二嘅飲茶好去處。最近同朋友約食飯,忍唔住入去試吓佢哋嘅招牌點心。重頭戲一定係金黃噹噹嘅菠蘿叉燒包!個包皮香脆可口,上面嘅菠蘿酥粒煎到金黃香脆,一啲都唔會太甜。入面嘅叉燒餡汁香濃惹味,肉質軟嫩,醬汁同包底夾埋食真係絕配,好睇又好食!叉燒腸就係另一樣必試嘅嘢,腸粉滑到不得了,薄而有韌性,包住嘅叉燒肥瘦適中,蒸到啱啱好,淋上特製生抽,香滑但鹹味又唔會太重,正!馬拉糕個樣就真係冇得輸,蒸到好高好鬆軟,淡淡蛋香,整體甜度適中,唔會過份甜膩。用手輕輕一撕就見到啲層次分明嘅紋理,放入口就即刻溶化,好輕盈嘅質地。三色燒賣就無乜驚喜,勝在係三款唔同嘅口味,夠晒噱頭。不過整體嚟講都幾紮實,蝦肉餡料夠新鮮,大大粒,蒸到啱啱好,唔會太老。人均135蚊都幾划算,不過整體嚟講,佢啲嘢食質素仲係保持到水準,環境都幾企理。作為一間老字號飲茶店,始終有佢嘅招牌水準同特色!最緊要約齊三五知己,慢慢品嚐先最正!推介指數:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(滿分5星)環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務:⭐️⭐️⭐️性價比:⭐️⭐️⭐️貼士:周末同假日可能會好多人,可以提前打去訂座或提早現場攞飛。 continue reading
