好想去Nobu食好耐,點知book完枱之後就話要裝修,可以趕上尾班車試到呢間星級日本餐廳HSBC Premier Cardholder 可以買一送一食到 $1488 8 courses Nobu Omakase。 超抵呀!未講食物,個景已經贏晒。食物質素當然高質,刺身好新鮮,熱食都相當驚喜,鵝肝入口即化。魚煎得剛剛好,好夠味,不會膩。係訂枱時講左話係慶祝生日,好有心咁係甜品上寫上Happy Birthday 💯希望酒店裝修完Nobu會有得留低啦😔 continue reading

不久前在 社交平台廣告中看見這間餐廳,食物賣相相當精緻吸引,便相約朋友一同前往,我們比訂位的時間早了半小時入座。入內可見酒吧門口放有許多酒桶的擺設,客廳富麗堂皇,餐廳盡是落地大玻璃,我們觀賞了幻彩詠香江,進食期間亦可飽覽維港夜景美色。日本純菜配帆立貝魚子醬湯底色澤清澈,味道清淡健康,帆立貝肉質彈牙,口感厚實,鮮甜嫩滑,魚子醬圓潤飽滿,咸香鮮甜。鰆魚刺身配香辣味噌鰆魚是一種上等的白肉魚類,師傅選用最新鮮的部份用作製成魚生片,鰆魚刺身肉質柔軟,味道清淡,使用辣味噌作調味,為清淡的鰆魚帶出一點鹹味。深海池魚刺身配紫蘇莎莎深海池魚肉質細緻鮮美,清甜爽滑,師傅選用厚切的方法,對體型肥美的深海池魚最適合不過,沾上紫蘇莎莎,更帶出鮮味,層次豐富。秘魯風味牡丹蝦刺身牡丹蝦刺身口感爽口彈牙,味道甘甜濃郁,鮮嫩脆彈,使用秘魯風味製作牡丹蝦,開胃惹味,鮮味十足。特上拖羅壽司選用吞拿魚中間的魚腩位置,色澤鮮紅帶油光,口感軟滑,魚味極濃,油香味重,配上白飯正中和油脂。帆立貝壽司帆立貝只加上少許醬油點綴,沒有額外的調味,務求食出原汁原味,口感飽滿豐厚,質感爽脆,味道鮮甜濃郁。鯖魚壽司鯖魚脂肪鮮甜,肉質豐美,味道油鮮甘美,配上醋飯的緊實與黏合口感,層次豐富,鮮味十足。 海膽壽司色澤呈現橙黃色的海膽,味道甘甜,質感細膩,柔軟鮮美,入口近乎即溶,配上醋飯,味道更覺鮮甜香濃。茶碗蒸茶碗蒸頂部放上菇類及蟹肉作點綴,精緻美觀,口感嫩滑,可惜蛋香味不够濃郁,內裏的海鮮鮮甜不夠突出。爐燒A5 級日本和牛 配胡麻醋醬汁選用日本最頂級的牛肉A5和牛燒製,口感鬆化軟腍,入口即化,幾乎不經咀嚼就可以平順的滑進喉頭,而且油份滿佈口腔,配上胡麻醋醬汁進食,正好緩和油膩感。爐燒智利鱸魚伴野菜鱸魚是生長在極深海底的魚類,把它燒至色澤金黃,可見油份滿佈表面,入口肉嫩鮮美,油脂豐厚,口感近乎即溶,放置少量野菜伴碟,高貴精緻。野菜稻庭湯烏冬湯底味道淡口,野菜量眾多,幾乎覆蓋整個烏冬,入口鮮嫩軟腍,稻庭烏冬呈扁長形,口感幼滑細膩,整體清淡健康。烤三文魚柳配日式燒汁烤製的三文魚柳味道香濃,肉質緊緻鮮嫩,肉汁仍保留於三文魚中,再配上簡單的日式燒汁作調味,可帶出三文魚的天然魚油香。烤美國牛肉配南美辣醬烤製的美國牛肉色澤仍呈現少許粉嫩,不會過於熟透,入口肉味濃郁,鮮嫩多汁,沾上附有的南美辣醬,辣辣的味道使口感更為豐富,惹味香口。凍威士忌咖啡杯冷凍的威士忌會使酒精的刺激度降低,口感濃稠滑順,配上淡淡的咖啡香,入口味香濃郁,緩和油膩。Champagne 95是用香檳、橙酒、蜜桃甜酒和菠蘿果蓉調製而成,口感飽滿厚實,味道清新柔滑,尾韻細長,容易飲用。整體而言,環境高貴優雅,食物質素尚算可以,但份量細小不夠充足。因為早了半小時入座,員工人手不足,早段被忽視冷待的時間略多了。 continue reading

因為武肺疫情,使飲食業進入了寒冬,為了員工、為了自救 很多餐廳都開始打折,而我心儀了很久的NOBU也以更親民的價格(買一送一😳😱)讓我饗宴“松久信幸TASTING DINNER”😋😋三文魚他他&魚子醬甘油魚刺身(南美辣椒汁) 辣的來很特别,還好后勁是適可而止的新派帶子刺身 新鮮美味的食材 必須配上美酒,讓氣氛更加愉悅雜錦壽司帝皇蟹天婦羅鱈魚西京燒美國牛肉燒蜆肉茶麵大豆奶酪因為朋友生日,另外㸃了一個綠茶柚子蛋糕NOBU的夜景很美,能用這樣的價錢享受到五星級酒店的晚餐,真的不是經常遇到。 continue reading
