因為武肺疫情,使飲食業進入了寒冬,為了員工、為了自救 很多餐廳都開始打折,而我心儀了很久的NOBU也以更親民的價格(買一送一😳😱)讓我饗宴“松久信幸TASTING DINNER”😋😋三文魚他他&魚子醬甘油魚刺身(南美辣椒汁) 辣的來很特别,還好后勁是適可而止的新派帶子刺身 新鮮美味的食材 必須配上美酒,讓氣氛更加愉悅雜錦壽司帝皇蟹天婦羅鱈魚西京燒美國牛肉燒蜆肉茶麵大豆奶酪因為朋友生日,另外㸃了一個綠茶柚子蛋糕NOBU的夜景很美,能用這樣的價錢享受到五星級酒店的晚餐,真的不是經常遇到。

至於飲品,我覺得以high tea 來講nobu的飲品絕對算得上有誠意。多種抹茶特色飲品可選擇,我之前飲過兩種都覺得好好飲(第一次係飲料抹茶+梨,第二次係抹茶+yoghurt+berries)。

我呢次都叫番yogu berry,而先生就叫matcha latte。

題外話,我同DC先生都覺得nobu high tea質素下降左少少,飲料味道比以前淡了一點,而high tea set menu 同一年前(2019年1月)係一模一樣,完全無變過!雖然味道不俗,但希望可以轉轉menu,有d新鮮感!

Their Omakase (chef’s seasonal set menu) is so worth the price ($1488pp + 10%)! 8 courses in total including dessert, each dish was prepared delivered with the finest ingredients which were of high quality! Not to mention that their service was superb, their Victoria Harbour view is a killer way making them stands out from the indistinguishable crowd of mediocre Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong! 今次第一次係呢間餐廳食飯,揀呢間嘅原因係想可以望到好靚嘅維港景色,訂枱時都要求可以安排靠窗位置,但可能當日訂枱情況,我哋並沒有被安排正式靠窗坐位,而係安排坐另一邊梳化較舒適位置(靠窗位是圓枱),感覺也不錯,也望到維港景,只係距離遠啲。坐下之後,侍應細心介紹餐牌上面的資料,態度十分友善,原全不會硬推某類餐點,反而會因應你嘅需要而介紹給客人。由於今次係同囡囡慶祝生日,所以訂枱時餐廳職員都好細心問需唔需要留生日名,如果會叫甜品時會加名同寫上生日快樂😄今次用餐經驗十分滿意,雖然係5星級酒店內的餐廳,但一點拘謹的感覺都無,下一次會再嚟試下午茶

坐下之後,侍應細心介紹餐牌上面的資料,態度十分友善,原全不會硬推某類餐點,反而會因應你嘅需要而介紹給客人。由於今次係同囡囡慶祝生日,所以訂枱時餐廳職員都好細心問需唔需要留生日名,如果會叫甜品時會加名同寫上生日快樂😄今次用餐經驗十分滿意,雖然係5星級酒店內的餐廳,但一點拘謹的感覺都無,下一次會再嚟試下午茶

For a japanese restaurant in intercon hotel, i would say is a little disappointed. Sashimi and ingredients grade are all great, is the "new" sauce they are trying to use or the techie of cooking are not really working.The desert is "new" and nice tho. Also, service are slow, waiting for long time just for the tea. For a japanese restaurant in intercon hotel, i would say is a little disappointed. 

Sashimi and ingredients grade are all great, is the "new" sauce they are trying to use or the techie of cooking are not really working.

The desert is "new" and nice tho. 

Also, service are slow, waiting for long time just for the tea. And seeing two glasses with lip-stick mark on it is really not expected.

The umami dishes (beef katsu ball, lobster vegetable tart, crabmeat bao toast, shrimp purple potato cup, Oyako smoked salmon sphere) warmed our heart; as the sweet dishes (matcha honey roll, grapefruit cocoa gem, caramel rum pudding, black currant goma puff, beer batter waffle, yuzu scone) bred happiness back inside us. To match with the Japanese theme, yuzu and matcha elements were added to the set. Even the butter for scones, it's yuzu butter; but still, clotted cream is my favourite choice to go with scones. They used whipped cream here though, still good. ^__^



All items were good, but among all, my favourite was Oyako smoked salmon sphere! It's so good that I couldn't help to close my eyes, just to enjoy the rich taste of it with the salmon roe. Shrimp purple potato cup was surprisingly refreshing. Strong taste of the ocean with citrusy yuzu sauce. Matcha honey roll was my favourite from the sweet dishes. Again, so rich and smooth, fulfilling matcha cream in the middle! Loved it!

Oh! One thing they could improve on was the matcha cappuccino I had. It was too light, more like drinking milk with just a little matcha flavor.

這情況可接受 但係餐廳員工既customer service 真係大大扣分
當Manger/supervisor 見到咁既情況只係對我地講左一句: I will hand dish to the Chef and to have a look on it 然後直接收走

過左好耐 另一位外籍waitress將一碟新煮好既鱈魚端上來 然後一句道歉/解釋也沒有
等到差不多吃完 waitress問左一句 is everything alright? 就這樣.....

若係顧客既立場睇, 當你食完頭盤, 沙律, 大半份鱈魚 其實已經冇意慾再食一碟新上既鱈魚 最後我地都係每人分一啖先食完........

經理/員工就連一句道歉 解釋都冇 試問咁既responsive action 係一間知名既日本餐廳 咁既service 客人會滿意嗎?)
