我吃的是醬油魚介豚骨拉麵,湯底方面超濃且厚厚油份的豬骨湯底,夾雜了魚介和醬油香味,令人食指大動當第一口咬下麵身時,唔,是細麵來,個人感覺是比較上OVER COOK 了,麵身偏軟,不帶嚼勁,感覺只屬一般。再吃到中間,你會發現湯底中夾帶了洋蔥粒,在偏油的湯底中夾帶了洋蔥粒的做法可以踢走了因湯底太油的肥膩感,給食客帶來清新的感覺。還有,拉麵師傅在湯裹加入了黑椒碎,使其麵和湯之間更具刺激性。最後說一下那塊豚肉,豚肉本身有燒過,一半肥一半瘦的,可惜的是太薄身,用筷子有夾就有溶化的感覺,令到進食經驗感覺減分。其次此店只配有半冷熱的綠茶,不是平常的冰水,糖心蛋要另外點上,味道不值一提,還有是因為店身細小關係,以至廁所的味道都嗅到了,令本人對此店衛生的標準有所保留。這些都是可以有改善的空間,本人今後都會以沒有最好,只有更好的方向,向大家分享吃拉麵的經驗和藝術。如閣下有任何意見,亦歡迎留言交流一下! continue reading

這日在尖沙嘴辦完事已經不知不覺午飯時間了,便去附近的Agura食碗拉麵。店裝修以白色為主,給人整潔光亮的感覺。座位不多,只有一排約10個。Menu亦很簡單,幾款拉麵和沾麵。我選了碗魚介醬油豬骨湯拉麵。湯底是超濃郁的style,味道鮮香鹹度適中,頗平衡。雖然有點重口味,但偶爾食一次都幾開心。拉麵的麵條屬於偏粗,頗彈牙,煮得軟硬度剛好,好吃。叉燒味道就稍淡。一段時間沒來過,原來現在只要like Agura的Facebook page 就會送一隻半熟蛋或一罐汽水。我就選了半熟蛋(原價$10/隻)。半熟蛋的流心蛋黃賣相已覺得好吸引,蛋香亦不錯! continue reading

醬油拉麵 $88鹽味拉麵 $88加蛋 +$10加 10% service charge店超細,只可坐約 10 人今次經驗,開門前已有 6 人排隊豬骨湯好勁,好足料,一路滾住架好多糖心蛋呀!!!!湯底好濃,蛋冇味,麵ok, 反而豚肉可以,因唔太肥味道真係冇咩特別,雖然夠冷氣,但仲會好多小飛飛。。。衛生麻麻。。。 continue reading

October 27, 2013又拉麵週街都係拉麵真係"梗有一間响咗近😑"。曾經有人同我講而家興拉麵不如開返間囉😑😑😑週街都係7仔同OK,你又唔開返間XYZ@&%#£(sorry我太粗口啦)尖沙咀唔想再食嗰間仆街豚王,請移玉步柯士甸路。魚介豬骨湯:要淆最少15個鐘嘅湯底,先用豬骨湯加入兩款來自靜岡的鯖魚和沙甸魚乾、四款魚介粉、鮮雞及蔬菜熬製而成(諗起都大工程)兩大片叉燒用咗五花腩唔算太薄,肉質唔乾夠腍燒過吓帶出咗少少香味,再加少少黑椒碎响面(令我食肉大增添😅)最衰冇蛋所以冇得講😑麵都係訂返嚟,不過不失!日賣150碗賣完收檔,平均$88一碗😮最值得欣賞嘅係樽Olive Oil+Black Pepper食麵用嘅,少少夠咖啦,太多件事會變到錯晒!(本人題意淨返一兩啖麵同叉燒時,可以飮晒d湯再放一至兩匙嘅Olive Oil+Black Pepper......另一番風味) continue reading
