Saw recommendation from Instagram and went here with my friend..Both of us ordered 65° C Sous Vide Duck Slices with Rice, which consisted of pak choi and a half soft boiled egg. The duck slices were sliced in a balanced state and tender. However, it was quite heavy and greasy, so I got quite full after having it. We also ordered Spicy & Numb Tripe to share. While the tripe was soft in texture, its taste didn't leave a lasting impression. .The Chinese names of the dishes were quite amusing and funny. With a duck theme, the resto was decorated with various duck drawings and dolls, making it look cute and comfy. continue reading

一直bookmark咗呢間食鴨肉飯嘅小店,今日終於決定黎食下,但上網睇一睇發現餐牌唔同咗,亦都有人話係轉咗手。餐牌簡體字已經小小奇怪。兩個人叫咗招牌嘅鴨片撈粗同鴨肉撈粗,另咗加咗豬肉腸小食,餐飲加$5有檸檬伯爵茶同冷美式。鴨蔥油滷鴨片撈粗,鴨蔥油滷鴨肉撈粗其實兩款撈粗係大致一樣,撈粗底然後面頭有鴨肉、鹵肉、酸菜同糖心蛋。個麵本身已經撈得好夠味,偏濃同重口味,撈勻個底都仲有好多汁,如果食得比較清淡嘅話會覺得好咸。另外跟咗一杯清湯。鴨肉果碗,啲肉碎上,份量都多,肉質偏鞋,似係整其他鴨料理用淨嘅頭頭尾尾碎上嘅感覺。鴨同滷肉都好入味。個人幾鐘意佢加酸菜一齊撈黎食。鴨片果碗,都有10塊左右,但偏肥,有幾塊皮同肉比例一半一半,肉質呢款就腍啲,但睇肉嘅顏色同食落嘅口感就覺得佢未必係慢煮。烤豬肉腸腸就普普通通,甜甜地,但可惜佢唔係真係烤,只係微波爐叮翻熱。檸檬伯爵紅茶食完濃味嘅撈粗,飲呢杯伯爵茶係幾fresh。整體黎講其實就一般般,鴨肉冇話好好食,撈埋就還好,但呢個價錢都還好,又未到覺得唔值。如果經過我都可能會再食,但如果突登再黎食就未必會。 continue reading

同朋友經過,佢覺門面裝修得意,話想試吓,就入左去。入到去坐底才發覺只有簡約台式便當,中午/晚餐就只有6款飯或麵,小小的店,一眼睇晒。選了88元的滷肉鷄堡飯套餐,套餐包括小食+湯+甜點,向店員查詢套餐小食和甜品是甚麼,一問三不知,要去問其他同事(全店就得3個仔,樓面/厨都是他們),打算加15元叫珍珠奶茶,週六晚市第一枱竟說沒有珍珠,最後点了鴨屎奶茶,但上了杯有冰的凍奶茶,問了才知他們家不做熱的。。等待上菜時,看到提供的水柸斟水後浮著油,算,不喝了。旁邊餐具盒有些匙羹還有著乾了的漬,要百裏挑一的感覺。湯來了,用茶柸上的,鴨味很濃,但也很咸,試了一啖就不想再喝了。飯是以日式碗飯般呈上的,一塊薄鷄件切四件,半隻流心蛋加一啲咸炸菜和一点滷肉。碗外邊還流著滷肉汁,上菜時一路行一路滴到地上,最好别掂到隻碗。。那飯碗其實也沒很深,飯廷少的,滷肉不多,但在飯中心淋了額外的滷肉汁,飯也變咸了,炸鷄沒有很特別,肉廷薄的。吃完整碗飯,沒有飽感,感覺這套餐量就是偏小。所謂的套餐小食(說是青瓜),從來沒見過,看到這樣的鋪排,懶得問了,不上也吧。。吃完好一會,甜點要問才有,是涼粉(仙草)加花奶,涼粉食落ok, 花奶味道有点怪。。吃了两啖就不敢吃了,怕回家途中要找廁所。。。整體上,當作在鬧市行攰了,找個地方坐坐是可以的,當晚餐的話就。。。。又或者,這樣就100元的話,是頗失望的。 continue reading

之前食過五六次,食物水準一直良好,但尋晚去到發覺成個餐牌唔同哂。店員由以前好明顯睇得出係老細之一既人,變成幾個係到打躉唔做野既MK…食物水準直線下降,辣椒醬仲由以前既自家秘製既台式辣醬變成買返來既cheap雞四川口味辣椒醬…..餐牌明明寫話個飯係定食($88),會跟小食同甜品,落完單再追問MK待應有咩小食同甜品,個MK待應支吾以對咁話要加錢叫飲品先送小食同甜品….?一方面為開鋪既原班人馬感到悲傷,因為食得出原班人馬真係好有心煮好每一樣食物,但咁出色既鴨肉飯居然做唔住要轉手。另一方面,我為新接手既店主感到悲哀…..價錢貴咗,餐牌無咗一半招牌菜,食物質素一跌,加埋班打躉唔做野既待應…..不出幾個月一定會執笠 continue reading
