To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一家大細坐地鐵去迪士尼玩，經過見到海滂有間太興。 咁入完園區玩左一大輪，再答地鐵去返青衣分店食晚飯。我地一行6人 有bb車，雖然係門口等左一陣，侍應好好人講解佢地分店得4人台，如果6個人要等多張2人張合併。咁等左唔係好耐就入到去啦！由於有小朋友在場，同事都有詢問需唔需要bb櫈，感覺十分窩心。而家啲人成日北上講服務有幾好，但其實香港都有好多服務好既餐廳！！食物質素就一般，見有小朋友在場，侍應都有問需唔需要少油少鹽。食得健康一點。周遭環境非常優美，因為近海滂食飽飯，同小朋友散下步一流。如果有機會再到附近遊玩，一定會簡番呢間！

天氣炎熱， 喺青衣海濱長廊行過， 除咗可以享受海風同埋美麗嘅環境 ，附近都有 平食， 從青衣城 行出 一路向右 去到青衣碼頭大約十分鐘左右 就會見到太興....坐低見到已經係下午茶時間當然唔執輸， 就喺餐牌上 搵一個平時小食嘅 叫了一客。大約十分鐘左右 夥記就端上 鮑魚冬菇撈麵， 外貌唔錯好吸引 狠狠地 吞嚥幾口， 真係發覺可能外表好靚嘅嘢 食落就未必好理想， 撈麵好鹹 ， 可能醬汁調配太粗疏食唔到鮑魚嘅香味， 不過只係50蚊仲有嘢飲我都唔敢要求太多喇。

假日沿住青衣碼頭行，行到翠怡商場有太興，好耐無食太興燒味，一於入去回味下先🤩估吾到宜家太興出左下午茶，以前一向覺得太興燒味比較貴，可能因為市況差左，出左輕食下午茶，38蚊就食到燒鵝瀨！🤩🤩⭐️燒鵝瀨粉，蜜桃特飲雖然賣相麻麻地，但食落好香鵝味，皮香肉滑，點d酸梅醬食一流👍可惜瀨粉太少，食2啖就無。。男仔食一定吾夠飽🫠⭐️花生醬甜奶多士可以選粗粒花生醬或香滑花生醬，自由度高，未試過餐廳有得甘比我選😂😂👍用心制作，等得比較耐

家庭飯局最岩就係封太興聚餐，因為家人比較鐘意食小菜，所以近近地去呢到食，臨近冬至餐廳比較靜冇乜人唔駛等位就好快入座，二個人食嗌左二碟仔小菜就開餐😂就揀左北菇豆腐青衣魚腩煲、上湯杞子浸西洋菜！北菇豆腐青衣魚腩煲：$99份量一般，價錢中上，食物質素其實豆腐唔硬身，魚腩炸得鬆脆但係層皮炸得比較硬，味道一般，配個飯比較細碗，呢個價錢嚟講算係偏貴上湯杞子浸西洋菜：$56呢個菜反而有質素，湯比較清甜，配合西洋菜其實都幾好食，啱晒清淡嘅人
