To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 份量一般,價錢中上,食物質素其實豆腐唔硬身,魚腩炸得鬆脆但係層皮炸得比較硬,味道一般,配個飯比較細碗,呢個價錢嚟講算係偏貴
上湯杞子浸西洋菜:$56
呢個菜反而有質素,湯比較清甜,配合西洋菜其實都幾好食,啱晒清淡嘅人
入座職員話截載了早餐單,溝通後才比落單。誰知早餐到來,卻落錯單。今天職員態度很有問題,詢問少少嫌你煩,食物真的不錯,態度有待改善!
這次新年,家人又買了太興的盆菜。可能由於先前那一日,吃的盆菜相當之細小,吃到到喉唔到肺,因此這天對於這個盆菜有多少期望。
不過,這個盆菜除了大大隻蝦、蠔豉,其他的配料都不算特別,例如是西蘭花、豬手、以及雞鴨之類。
我覺得豬手都算不錯,大大件,而且份量甚多,豬皮又不覺得有毛,中間的膠原較多,不覺肥膩,肉以及膠質都相當多,吃得大快朵頤。
不過以燒味店來說,它給這樣的雞鴨,就做壞了自己的名聲,不過也是無可厚非,因為雞鴨最靚的部份,當然留給現場食客單點叫燒味的食客吧。
因此,我們的盆菜,可以見到那些雞,都是大家平時最不想見到的部份,例如雞胸,大大件雞胸,看見覺得又乾又鞋,一睇就知是餸頭餸尾,放在盆菜底下,又可沖撐場面。
所以我一向都說,新年期間,其實叫盆菜,第一,只是因為想節省主人家的功夫;第二,新年期間即使有餸買,都會加價比較貴,即使盆菜不太便宜,都可能比起買餸自己烹調更加便宜。
以太興盆菜這個質素,動輒都要幾百元,在平白無故的日子,應該很難會找到客人前來落單訂貨吧。
叫野食果陣 揀左好耐 都好多選擇既。 但係問心真係唔太吸引。本身自己都鐘意食燒味 但係太興燒味實在太貴 5-60蚊起跳 貴起上黎去到80蚊 覺得太過份。所以最後揀左個唔會死錯人既咖喱牛腩飯。結論係普通囉 餸唔係特別多,咖喱唔係特別香。btw 叫左杯凍奶茶少甜,都係唔會有咩特別期望。 唔難食既 但係貴囉。唔使比錢老細請都可以既 但係自己比錢食就無乜興趣啦
